Aloha! Welcome to our Maui paradise and your personal getaway to relax and regenerate. Whether this is your first trip to the Valley Isle or you’re a regular visitor, thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your special vacation.
Bougainvillea-109 is one of the largest 1 bedroom/2 bath corner units on the property with 1039sf inside, 250sf main lanai plus a large private grass area. And a wrap-around private courtyard/ garden lanai off the bedroom.
In true island style, leave your worries and shoes at the door as you enter the tiled entry hall that leads to the remodeled upscale kitchen. Granite counters and new black & stainless appliances give a modern look with crisp white cabinets. The cherry dining table comfortably seats 4 with 2 bar stools at the island for hanging out with the cook.
The new decor in the oversize living area has a tasteful island appeal with a comfy reclining sofa, leather recliner, turtle/glass coffee & end table and a designer slipper chair. The entertainment center holds a 70” flat screen TV and the designer wood cabinet converts into a queen size bed.
2, 8’ sliding doors open onto the large lanai with extended grass area. Enjoy a sunset dinner at the table or sun yourself with a good book and glass of wine while enjoying the peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
The main bathroom has granite counter, tile shower, wood inlay panel cabinets with self-close doors and touches of island decor.
The master bedroom has a new king bed and furniture set, closet, 42” flat screen TV and the only oversized wrap-around private courtyard/garden lanai on the property. Great for catching the morning sun with a cup of coffee or just opening up to let the island breezes blow through. The en-suite bath has granite counter, tile floor and shower with adjustable height shower head.

We’re across from Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10 minute ocean-side walk to Keawakapu Beach, two of the best South side beaches for swimming, boarding, snorkeling, turtle/whale watching and amazing sunsets. MK is within walking distance of local shops, great restaurants and the boat ramp where you can catch daily tours. High-end shops, restaurants and several world-class golf courses are just a few minutes drive and some offer discounts for MK Guests.

Wonderful location, so many amenities included! Incredible value for all the things we had access to. Highly recommend the spot.
The apartment is very comfortable, calm and well equipped.
It was nice to return to JJ Maui Condos and Janice was a great host. The condo is very nice, and we think the location is great too.
The property was super clean upon arrival. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and beaches. There are 2 pools that are heated and very clean. Janice is very responsive to anything questions you may have. There is a queen fold out bed in living room perfect for the kiddos. Overall, great experience. We will be staying here again if available.
We have stayed here twice now and our family absolutely loves it! The condo is super clean and has everything you could need. Janice is amazing to work with and we couldn't have been happier! We look forward to being a be to come back again!
We stayed here at this Maui condo from February 23 to March 8, 2024. We chose this condo because of the incredible location in proximity to beaches that we have been to before and loved going to. We also chose this location because it looked like it had been somewhat renovated/clean and it was a ground level access. The disappointing factors of the resort was that there was no umbrellas allowed at the pool areas, which seems incredibly silly, and there was no fitness facility on the grounds which would have been great. Janice was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in getting back to any questions that I had along with recommendations of places I had asked her about. We really appreciated all of the pool/beach supplies and cooler and umbrella that were in the condo. Although the condo was fairly clean, I do believe that the pillows were extremely old and not laundered properly. My recommendation would be to get new pillows in the condo, remove the carpet in the master bedroom and to throw away all throw pillows. Dust mites thrive in humidity and live in pillows, mattresses, carpet and curtains. The condo always smelled stuffy. My other recommendation would be to replace the outdoor patio furniture. It is very heavy to move and uncomfortable to sit out while eating dinner. We did have a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo and also the incredible weather. Thank you very much.
We stayed for six nights and enjoyed our time at this well equipped unit. The fold out Murphy bed is awesome! We had all the items we could ask for in a vacation rental. Our family enjoyed the location, and spent a lot of time at the pool given the cooler windy weather in Maui this past week.
This was our second stay at this sweet condo and we loved it as much as we did the first time. It is at the south end of Kihei, close enough for a pretty walk to Wailea, just across the road from the turtle rocks, and less than a minute walk to the prettiest beach in Kihei for sunsets with whales. Bliss. Janice checked in periodically to make sure everything was working well and was immediately responsive when we reached out with one or two questions. The condo itself is nicely laid out, well-equipped, and really comfortable. A lovely place to come to in Maui.
We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was perfect for our family of 4, with a generous master suite and comfortable pull-out cabinet bed for our two kids. The condo and property were well-maintained and the condo had everything we needed for making our breakfasts and lunches onsite (we opted to do dinners out). The location is perfect - an easy walk to great beaches and restaurants. The complex's pool is in this block of the complex, making it incredibly convenient. We loved everything about our stay and hope to be back. Our host was easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were ok.
This was our fourth time staying at the Maui Kamaole and this was our favorite rental by far. Communication with property manage was amazing. The location was exactly what it advertised. Will definitely try to get back here next year.
Had a great stay at Janice and Ken's condo in Maui. Great location, clean, comfortable and not lacking in any regard. A great stay and a great couple of weeks in a most beautiful setting.
