Excellent host! The condo is in the perfect location and set up with everything we needed. We had an amazing time. Fully stocked with everything for the beach and we enjoyed the pool. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host has everything you could possibly need—she really thought of all the details. The location is perfect: close to everything, with the beach just across the street. There are plenty of eateries and grocery stores nearby, making it super convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great condo and great location! Our family of 5 stayed here in November and had an incredible time. The condo was super clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this rental for someone looking for a terrific experience in Maui!

Suzanne the owner was a huge help in questions I needed to know about! It was clean and had everything we needed! Didn’t use snorkel gear as too windy nd rough! Kitchen perfect beds so comfy.I will Deffo recommend nd I will be staying there again one day

Convenient, comfortable, and clean. We loved the quick walk to the beach, and beautiful sunsets from Charley Young Park. The attention to detail in the welcome information and with everything provided in the unit was greatly appreciated.

The condo was very nice and decorated beautifully. Cleaning was sufficient- but could’ve been better in some places, e.g., tub and bathroom!

this was a wonderful rental with a location second to none. 5-minute walk to the beach which made it nice with kids. Well, equipped with plenty of beach items, towels, kitchen, and bath items. We spent allot of time on the Lanai enjoying the view and the pool area was a hit for the shole family. Check-in check-out was easy. Would definitely be happy staying here again.

We had a short 2 night stay here and enjoyed the location, it was our first time staying in Kihei. We appreciated being able to walk to restaurants, although there were quite a few homeless people on the street in front of the property. We didn't cook but wow, the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need! Good little spot!

I can’t say enough great things about this host and property. My husband and our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 2.5) had a very comfortable stay. Location was great for walking to the beach or restaurants, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The wagon and beach toys were a huge hit for us! The host was also so kind and responsive throughout our entire booking process as well as stay. Thank you for a great vacation!

This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and I could not have imagined a better place to stay! I loved the location. Area didn’t feel commercial, was everything that is described. You feel like you’re home in paradise. The information provided is beyond helpful. The sunset from the lanai almost made me cry. Having an amazing beach literally across the street….I can’t say enough, highly recommend staying here!

The location is great - there is a fantastic beach right across the street - food trucks in walking distance, same with shops that you need. We had a rental car but walked everywhere.Apartment was as described and pictured. Host was very responsive. The beach toys and equipment provided was a fantastic touch / nice to have as well for our kids. Apartment is quiet - nice well maintained complex.

Location of this place is great, super convenient to beaches, restaurants, and major activities. Suzanne was very responsive to communication and extended our stay by a few hours at no cost since we had a late flight home. It was very appreciated. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, whether for cooking or enjoying the beach. We'd stay there again!

We loved the accommodations as well as location! Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and across the street from Charley Young Beach!

It was clear Suzanne has put a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home in her beautiful condo. Everything was very clean and in working order. She has thought of everything when it comes to beach gear and other amenities. Communication was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home base in Kihei to enjoy your visit to Maui I highly recommend this condo.

This place is so clean and has all updated appliances. Having a washer and dryer was amazing. With all the beach trips, there were a lot of clothes changes daily. This unit is also full of everything for the best beach day. 4 beach chairs, 3 body boards, 2 umbrellas, a good size cooler with wheels and a big wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Beach towels and blankets as well.

Cute condo just a few minutes walk to the beach. Great proximity to restaurants as well. Everything was clean and we appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards. Had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

This was just right for our family of 5 and so conveniently located for all the things we wanted to do on Maui!

Our stay at this condo was superb. The condo was extremely clean and we are picky. All beds, pillows very comfy including the pull out bed and extra bedding a plus. The amenities were amazing. There were baggies for our sandwiches, peroxide, sunscreen, almost anything you would need. My children loved playing the ukulele and making up their own songs. We also appreciated having a cooler, beach towels,snorkeling gear and boogie boards to use. The large Brita pitcher was great to fill our water bottles. The kitchen was fully stocked. Having the washing machine and dryer in the condo was a plus. We would highly recommend this condo. We would give 10 stars if we could.

Beautiful little home with modern appliances and updated decor as pictured. Well stocked with practical supplies throughout. Host is extremely responsive and created a positive experience from booking all the way through checkout. Condition is just across the street from the beach, and walking distance from a great variety of restaurants and shops! The exterior of the complex is clean, and noise rules were well respected. We absolutely loved our stay here and would absolutely book again! Mahalo nui for the amazing hospitality, Suzanne!

Great host. Clean and well placed property

We had such a great experience staying at this condo. It has everything you need for an amazing stay. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of beach gear available for use also (the wagon is particularly helpful). The location is awesome as well. The beach is so close along eith plenty of shops! Also the owner Suzanne was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. I would recommend staying here ☺️

My overall impression of this place?? 10/10!! This place is set up PERFECT! Myself and my family of 5 enjoyed every single thing about this place and host!! Just show up with your luggage and she has everything you need! Everything you need to cook/BBQ and even store leftovers if you cooked a little too much! lol Beautiful condo in the heart of Kihei! 2 min walk across the road to many beaches! Couple min walk to some great restaurants and stores! She honestly has thought about EVERYTHING! Beach toys, umbrellas, carts for lugging stuff to the beach! Snorkeling equipment, you name it, she has it!! Coming from the beach brings home ALOT of sand,… but no worries, they have a wash station to clean everything up and the Washer and dryer in the condo to throw those dirty towels and swimming trunks and swim suits in!!( Having a family of 5, this was sooooo great to have! It was my wife’s favourite!! Ha) If you’re looking for a great all around spot to stay that’s super functional and in a great location, this is honestly the place to go! Lastly, checking into this place was effortless and our host made sure we had all the info we needed, not just to check in, but for our stay in Kihei!( beach locations to snorkel, where to eat, and everything else!!) Thanks for making our first trip to Maui one to remember!!

When we entered the unit it was very clean. I'm one to clean everything when I arrive and didn't feel it needed an extra cleaning. Everything you can think of was there. All drawers and cabinets clearly marked. All the beach supplies from the wagon to fit all the chairs, snorkels, sand toys and umbrella - was great to have and use. Rule book with pictures for easy use. Extra books to read while relaxing. We would definitely stay there again. Where it is located you can walk to a lot of places without a vehicle.

The location of this condo is what makes this unit so special. You can be at beach within a 5 minute walk. It is equipped with everything you need to ensure the Hawaiian lifestyle - beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel sets, wagon, towels, coolers - you name it. And a well stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was an all around gem! Accurate description. So close to the beach. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Little extra details made it even more special, fresh pineapple, treats and a welcome note. Host was extremely responsive. I can’t rave enough. Much aloha found here. 10 out of 10 recommendation!!

Wonderful place to stay in Kihei. Well appointed and simple condo that has easy good food nearby and can nearly fall out of bed onto the beach. Saw soooo many whales and some great sunsets!

On an extended stay on the island my father had a heart attack and unexpected bypass surgery. We had to extend our trip with very little notice and Suzanne was such a light in a stressful time. Not only was she accommodating in making sure my family and my father was comfortable, she made sure to check in on us with positive thoughts and words before and after we checked in and out. The unit is beautiful, its evident in the small upgrades and attention to detail that they truly love the unit and the experience they provide. There are modern touches everywhere. The decor and furniture is high quality and comfortable, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we've seen in many years on the island and the fan in the kitchen is a game changer. My toddler had a dream of a time with all the beach gear and toys and loved the pool and closeness to Charley Young. The unit itself is beautiful, suzanne as a host is beyond words and we're so thankful for the experience she gave our family during an otherwise stressful time. Great unit in a great location with a great host - highly recommend.

Gorgeous condo in a great central location. Owner was so helpful - we tried most of the recommended local restaurants - sooo good. Great whale watching from lanai and the beach! Hope we can make it back some day!

I want to thank Suzanne for opening up her property for others to use. Her condo is centrally located in Kihei and had everything you needed for a perfect stay and more than enough room for our family of 4. Check-in was seamless and there were no issues locating the parking or unit. Suzanne was also very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her place to others looking for a place to stay on the island.
