Newly remodeled spacious 1180 sq feet (109 sq meters) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings. Located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the best beaches on Maui. This unit is perfect for singles, couples, or families.
This is not just an investment property so you will notice more up-to-date higher end finishings. This upgraded unit features a newly remodeled kitchen, upstairs en suite master bedroom with king bed, and downstairs bedroom with two twin beds and a second bathroom. The closet contains a kit to tie the twin beds together if needed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a twin foldaway bed. The foldaway is perfect for a younger one. The interior design has an urban sophisticated feel with island elements throughout. Everything is designed to be aesthetic and romantic but also functional and comfortable! Many of the units in Maui have low ceilings but this unit has vaulted ceilings giving it a much more open and airy feel. Enjoy rest and relaxation on the outdoor lanai or a stroll along Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, which is literally just steps away. The Kamaole beaches have lifeguard stations which many beaches do not.
You can see the beach/ocean from the lanai and both bedrooms for that true Hawaiian beach vacation 🌈
The living room features a new 75" big screen TV with soundbar, cable, and some premium streaming apps included. After your day of outing sit back and enjoy an entertaining movie night!
The condo complex has two swimming pools, two grilling/BBQ areas, lush landscaped grounds with ocean views, and a full size tennis court and pickle ball court. The unit is on the second floor, with no elevators. Free and easy parking spaces are available just outside the unit. You can literally pull up in front of the unit, and walk right upstairs to it. Unlike other condo units that take you through a long maze having to carry your groceries, luggage, and beach equipment back and forth!
The complex is on the border of Kihei and Wailea.
The airport is approx. 20 minutes driving distance.
The Shops at Wailea are approx. 5 minutes driving distance.
Big Beach & Little Beach are approx. 15-20 minutes driving distance.
Keawakapu beach is walking distance.

If you intend to cook, the kitchen is top of the line with all new appliances and is fully stocked with everything including: pots and pans, knife set, coffee maker, cooking utensils, cutting boards, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishware, glassware, flatware, BBQ tools, and more.
SMART DEVICE: This unit is equipped with an Alexa Echo Show located on the kitchen counter. Instructions to disable it are posted with it. Alexa is programmed as a virtual concierge. You can play music, ask for nearby restaurant recommendations, and even ask questions about your specific stay: What is the Pool code? What is the WIFI password? What time is checkout? Etc.
This condo has a new split A/C system. Each bedroom has its own whisper quiet air conditioning unit that can cool down the room in minutes. The main living area also has air conditioning. Not those old noisy window systems that a lot of units have and trust me this makes a huge difference!
For fun in the sun the closet is loaded with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice coolers, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, and some toys for the little ones to enjoy at the pool or beach. I also try to keep two boogie boards but sometimes they break and I’m unable to replace them right away so that I can’t guarantee.
My favorite things to do: I love to wake up and walk over to the beach with my coffee in the morning. Then return for a nice breakfast on the Lanai. I also really enjoy the sunset at Kamaole just steps away. Keawakapu Beach is also walking distance with amazing sunset views there as well. Lana’i and the West Maui Mountains create a gorgeous back drop, and the wide open grassy park right out front of the condo provides an excellent place to spread out a picnic blanket or folding chair and have a glass of wine and watch the year round sunset. The pictures of the beach and sandy walking trail are all just steps away from the unit. The location of this unit provides for year round sunsets which is not possible everywhere on the island because of the shape of Maui.

We absolutely loved this condo, and its proximity to a beautiful beach (Kam 3) for excellent snorkeling was so awesome! Our family of 5 thought the space was absolutely perfect. It was so nice to have two spacious bathrooms. The beach chairs, sand toys and the cooler kept in the patio closet were super useful and helpful. Anthony, the host, provided exceptional communication. We loved the Kīhei area and this condo!
This unit was wonderfully fresh, well appointed and fully stocked for guests. It's in close proximity to the pool and the beach, with a lovely view from the lanai. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to other points of interest in the area. Our host Anthony is an exceptional communicator and made sure we had everything we need to check in and fully enjoy the unit. We'll be back! :)
Loved the easy access to the beach! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We come to Maui regularly and would be happy to stay here again. We really appreciated the filtered water (small thing but helpful).

Check in was easy and the condo is well stocked with towels, sheets, and cook-wear. Also appreciated all the beach chairs and beach toys. This condo is modern and very nice. A short walk across the street to the beach and take in the sunset.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Anthony was very responsive. It had everything we needed. The view from the Lanai was beautiful. The condo is so incredibly close to the beach. We would just take the chairs and umbrella and head out everyday to get sun and watch the sunset. It's close to restaurants and markets. We could just walk to happy hour. We could even see the NYE fireworks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Paradise.

We had a great stay at this Maui Beach front condo! Plenty of room for our family of 5 with all the necessities to enjoy the beach, which is just across the street! We saw the most beautiful sunsets! Host was super responsive and extremely helpful! We will def recommend this place to friends and family!
Anthony the property manager was excellent from start finish. The unit was great with lots of extra’s and you can’t beat the location. Pools pickleball courts and a number of pools so there is lots of activities and your right across from the beach. Wailea is a 30 minute walk away which is great for early mornings. All and all I would highly Recommend this property.
It was great I would use again. Would have preferred location of condo to be able to see the ocean straight on and more of the ocean than we could see though.
The property is very nice and well maintained. Our condo was very clean and updated. They have lots of sitting room with a nice smart TV and another nice TV in the upstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms have nice beds. Plenty of bath and beach towels.We spent a lot of time at the beach right across the road from the condo. It's a very easy walk and has a very nice beach. We highly recommend purchasing new beach chairs. There are a lot of them in the storage room, but only one had all the strap to use as a backpack, which make it great walking to the beach with all your stuff. A new small cooler would be another thing to add. The one there, the zippers are broke. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for our small family. Easy beach access, quiet, and easy to feel at home there. Support from the host was exceptional.

Good internet service.Large TV with a few streaming platforms so you can log into your accounts.Balcony is great with views of the ocean.ACs worked good.Plenty of beach toys.Cons:Was not very clean....Upstairs bed made loud squeaking noises.Same bedroom, floor creaked loud so it disturbed our family members in the bedroom directly underneath.Old building. Bedroom windows could not close tight enough to keep out the outdoors noise.The cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms were so full of extra towels, there was no room for our things.Keep in mind, this unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator.Sorry to leave negative remarks, but I need to be honest.
Out family of four along with my parents had a wonderful Spring break week in Maui. The hist extremely thoughtful, the location was perfect and the condo itself was quite spacious and had all the kitchen equipment we needed to be self sufficient.
Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4 and fully equipped. The location was great, close to beach access (just a walk across the street) with great snorkeling spots, walking distance to shops and eateries. Sunset view every night of our stay. Plus, turtle sighting everyday on the beach. Highly recommend and would book again.

This condo was exactly as describe. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The property is gorgeous, the condo is spacious and the location is perfect just steps from the beach. Anthony was very responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 You will not be disappointed!
It was difficult to get the unit access information after 9pm. There was no information provided in email although the booking agency Expedia said so.
