Beautiful Kamaole Beach Park two bed two bath Condo

Proximity to the beach was great ! Short walks to stores and restaurants. Water shoes and beach chairs… some condiments in the fridge. Very nice stay. Thanx. Martha and Pete.

This place was amazing! Everything was perfect including the location and accommodations. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more. We were able to use provided snorkeling gear and boogie boards! We did not want to leave! Hope to return.

The location was perfect! Just a couple minutes from the beach was so convenient as well as great places to eat nearby. We had a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have kitchen supplies and do laundry. We are in love with Maui and would definitely love to stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

More run down than i expected. Kind of noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Exactly as described clean and nice property

The kitchen was well-equipped, so if you choose to cook, it has everything you'd need. The layout is fantastic as it allows for two master bedroom suites. I do have to say, though, that the no air conditioning was a little rough. But I think that's just me as I have a tendency to run hot!

Beautiful condo! Very clean and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. Snorkel gear, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and beach gear. So close to the beach and the perfect location to everything in Kihei. Also very proximal to all other towns!

The condo was not cleaned properly, and the coffee maker was broken. I went to the office to report these issues. After three days, we finally received a replacement coffee maker, but it arrived on the morning of our move-out, which was frustrating.While the condo is in a great location, it needs better management to take care of its maintenance.

Clean and super well equipped, steps to the beach. Great location for shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Extra fans were welcome!

We arrived in Maui just as the island was under watch for a Tsunami. Greg was really helpful in communicating and providing suggestions of where to go. The two bedroom layout was perfect for our family - our two young kids were able to have their own bedroom. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked - we made and ate almost all of our breakfast and lunch there. Very close walking distance to the beach! The kids also loved access to the pool.

We loves our stay here. The location was fantastic from a family perspective (right across the street from a family oriented swimmable beach), close to restaurants and a short drive to a grocery store. The highlight for us though was the lanai. It was enclosed by palms and plumeria and felt private and very Hawaiian... and the constant scent of plumeria made it all the better.

This condo is very beautiful and convenient. It’s located right next to the beach and is in walking distance to shops. The only downfall is it does get hot during the summer.

We brought our son and his best friend to celebrate their high school graduation along with our 20 yr anniversary. We hiked, parasailed, ate great food and played on the beach. It was amazing and the condo location was perfect for the boys to go off on their own and close to many restaurants and shops. It was a very hot weather week, so we wished we had ac to come back to each day, otherwise perfect!

The condo is perfect for a family. It has plenty of beach equipment like snorkel gear, beach toys and pickleball.

Overall it was wonderful stay.Short walk to the beach, well supplied kitchen,beach stuff and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. There wasn’t air conditioning.

Great location. Two blocks from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Short drive or walk to many restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Queen bed good. Twin beds a little firm. Pillows OK. Great balcony. No AC, but many fans. We would go there again.

Location is great. Beach across the street. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling and sand toys, beach towels provided for your adventures.

This great place is a 2min walk to Kameole II Beach and was just perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 teen girls. The girls got their own bathroom, which is priceless. The kitchen is well appointed, with spices and cooking oils, and there were even some basic condiments in the fridge which made it easy for making burgers, sandwiches and salads. There are a few boardgames on hand, and plenty of beach towels and accessories (everything from snorkels and water shoes to sand buckets and a beach umbrella). There is also a CD player with a selection of CDs that my girls had fun exploring, which also has bluetooth. The Lanai is beautiful and private. There is no A/C, but we found that it gets a great cross-breeze at night as it is a corner unit, and with the ceiling and floor fans we were able to sleep quite well. Unfortunately there was some kind of communication mix up for our arrival date, and so the place was not cleaned for our late-night check-in, which was rather disconcerting! However, the place had plenty of extra clean sheets and towels in the cupboard, so we were able to make beds and have showers. The owners and management company were very apologetic, and the cleaners arrived the next morning and made the place spotless while we were out. And to make up for the mistake, they gave us a generous gift certificate for a local restaurant which more than made up for that startling arrival!I would definitely book here again.

This place was clean and comfortable with many amenities provided, including everything needed for the beach. The main purpose of our trip to Maui was to enjoy the beach and our stay here was perfect! We just unpacked and headed across the street to the beach. The lanai is surrounded by palm trees which gave us the perfect place to relax indoors. We will definitely be staying here again

The unit is conveniently located at a 2 minute walk from Kamaole Beach Park II. The grounds on which the complex is located has beautifully manicured grounds and gardens. Every day the groundskeepers were busily trimming the shrubs, cutting the grass and picking up dead leaves. The birds could be heard chirping in the trees. The unit is also located within a 2-minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. We noted that many units within the complex had air conditioning units on the lanais but ours did not. We knew this when we booked however we could not guess at how hot it would get inside the unit. Although there were ceiling fans and floor tower fans in each room, the inside temperature hovered at 88 degrees F during the day and if we were lucky, it went down to 75-79 overnight. That made it very difficult to get a good night's rest.The owner was very responsive to our requests for a few things.

We truly enjoyed the open relaxing space during our stay in 201B at Kihei Akahi. The lovely decor, spacious kitchen and private deck area all contributed to the enjoyment of our two week stay.The proximity to the beach is a bonus. Communication with the owner was seamless and we would book again. We had a small problem with the TV initially which was quickly resolved. Many extras provided also is a bonus

It was clean and tidy. Made me feel like I was home!

The condo was accurate to the listing. Enjoyed having access to all we needed for a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment. Condo could get a bit stuffy at times, but there were lots of fans to keep the air moving. Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and short drive to so many more beaches.

The Condo was in a perfect location to walk to the beach, shop, get a coffee or even find dinner! In addition, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, allowing us to prepare meals in house. Our only drawback was the lack of AC! Otherwise, it was perfect for our family.

Our family loved this Maui property. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Well stocked with beach chairs and towels too. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were excellent to have. Kitchen was very functional and had all that you needed. Also even an ice machine. Best part 4 minute walk to the beach and sunsets every night. Magical. 🌸

We (family of 4) loved everything about our stay. The place is exactly as seen in the pictures, with a wonderful Lanai that has lots of privacy thanks to the abundant flora, and the location is truly excellent. We went for a sunset swim every night because the beach is right there, just a 2 minute walk away. The facilities are also very good, with 2 very warm pools, a tennis/pickleball court, and super friendly staff. The apartment is well equipped, from the kitchen to beach necessities we never missed anything. When it’s very hot out the apartment does get warm too, but it was ok. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo is right across the street from a great beach park with nice sand, lifeguard, light wave action for playing in the water, and a rocky area to snorkel or search for critters in tide pools. Despite the lack of AC, there is good circulation through the unit aided by several fans. We brought our own beach gear but it was not necessary as there was an abundance of beach towels, body boards, snorkel gear, etc, so you can pack lightly knowing you will not miss out on the fun. We also appreciated the stock of mineral sunscreens left behind by previous guests. Very useful and safe for the coral. Overall a great condo and good value for the area.

Well located near the beach

The property was clean, quiet and near all kinds of beaches, shops and restaurants. The lanai was surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. The condo was full of conveniences. Anything you might need for the beach, even bottles if after sun care products. Even though it’s a block away from the ocean, there is even a small pool. We had such a good time

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, with the beach, restaurants and little shops all within walking distance. The condo was clean and nicely decorated.

When my family checked in they found the condo was 89 degrees and no air conditioning.

Condo exactly as advertised. Always had a cool breeze in evening, great ventilation in every room. Property was clean and well equiped. Property also had beach chairs, a cooler and other beach necessities. Spacious lanai was a great spot for drinks and morning coffee. Easy communication with property owner. Highly recommend!

Great convenient place to stay

We cannot begin to say how much we loved our five week stay in this condo! The location was super convenient to the beach, pool, grills, restaurants, shopping and more. We could hear and see the ocean, as well as stunning sunsets from our lanai. It was literally a three minute walk to the ocean. The unit had absolutely everything we needed for our long stay including all we needed to cook our meals, beach towels and chairs, coolers and snorkel gear. Our property manager, Windy, was extremely responsive and helpful. We felt our lanai was superior to others because of the privacy afforded by the trees and flowers. We would 100% rent this condo again when we return to Maui!

I have stayed in various units in Kihei Akahi over the last 30 years. This unit was one of the best. It appears to be a renovated unit with all the things you would need. Kitchen was well stock and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other fun things. Only minor drawback is no AC. This was not a problem for me since the night air in Hawaii is fine with me but I can see where it may be a concern for others. Already booked this unit for 2025 and will probably book again in the future.

Here for a week to enjoy the island before participating in the Maui Oceanfront Marathon. Enjoyed sea kayaking, ziplining, and whale watching dinner cruise. Enjoyable stay and weather, considering it’s 7F at home.
