Great clean place to stay for solo or couple. Pool is located close to the unit and it’s a short walk to the beach and to coffee shops. It was nice that there were beach chairs in the unit. Nice lanai and table inside. Host was accommodating for a late check out that I greatly appreciated.

The room was exactly what I needed to have a safe, relaxing stay in Maui. The host was very responsive and the property was clean and stocked.

Anne was a wonderful host and was extremely communicative. We arrived in the Kona low storm so the entire island was a little chaotic weather-wise. Flooding, water was off temporarily as well as power (obviously no fault of the property). It was restored as quickly as possible and Anne checked in on us regularly, gave us a lantern and was very accomodating. She offered a late checkout which was also very wonderful. We will definitley book again when we go back for a re-do on that trip :-)

We loved staying at Anne’s VRBO. We got to meet her as we were coming in and she was very pleasant and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Luckily we did not as the studio had everything we needed. The studio was just exactly as pictured, and in a good location with beaches and lots of food options nearby. Studio was also stocked with extra towels, beach chairs, cups, dishes, etc. The AC also works great. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Anne!

Nice small apartment and very good location.

Great place, just across the street to beach and 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping. Property is nice with 2 pools, tennis courts. Anne the host is wonderful and friendly, if you need anything she is right there helping you. The space is comfortable and clean with air conditioning, refrigerator, beach, chairs, umbrella, ice, chest, cozy, and comfy.

It was great place to stay! Short walk to beach and it has a pool and hot tub! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Very clean room and VRBO images mirrors reality

The grounds were very well kept. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean. There was a beach a block away. Host allowed a late checkout.

We loved this location! It was the perfect size and close to a gorgeous beach. They had beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler. It was perfect! Would stay again!

Great location! Right at the beach with turtles. Unit is clean and cute. Great communication! Owner gave us a very late checkout, which we appreciate greatly, as we had a overnight flight.

This spot was perfect for our stay in Maui! The location seriously can’t be beat—just steps from the beach and close to everything in Kihei. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a chill, beachy getaway. What really made the stay great was the host—super friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. You can tell she really cares. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was as described, very clean, beautifully maintained grounds and a short walk to the beach with some nearby restaurants and shops. Condo was quiet, patio had a view of the grounds plus a small parking lot but fine for morning coffee. We even had an all red northern cardinal visit us twice.

Overall the property was nice with great location. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The proprietor was very thoughtful in the amenities both for the room and beach going. She was very welcoming, accommodating and available if needed. The room was also very affordable without feeling cheap or compromising quality. We would definitely be willing to stay here again the next time we visit.

Just as described, and perfect for our needs. Location is ideal, area is surprisingly quiet given priximity to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Property was clean, well stocked, and in a very convenient location. Beach access was easy and we enjoyed the pool & hottub.

Great location! Quiet, safe, easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, pool. Just enough of a kitchen to keep snacks, drinks, easy meals on hand. Loved having beach chairs and beach towels to use. I would definitely recommend this rental to solo travers or couples. I hope to book again in the future!

great place to stay! Anne was very helpful and communicated well! At one point, we thought we might need something shipped to Hawaii and she was willing to go above and beyond to help us. She was very accommodating when our flight got cancelled as well. Location is great - the beach across the street is lovely! Kihei is very central in Maui in my opinion, which was great! Great place for 2. Definitely would recommend :)

My wife and I were in Maui for a family members wedding and this place was perfect. Close to everything, walking distance to multiple beaches, restaurants and shops. Quiet and clean complex and the unit was well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Smaller than I expected but cute and clean. My daughter and I know the area and didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine for our short stay. Mahalo for the hospitality.

This stay was very comfortable. The unit is clean. Very nice community. Great shower! Kihei had lots to offer with restaurants, the beach and parks coffee shops and bakery. Must try a scone at the Cinnamon Roll Place. Everything walkable! Beautiful sunsets
