Really like this property conveniently located across from the beach. We left a new beach chair as beach equipment was worn out. Cleanliness was ok but needs a deep clean. We left a few containers for food and disappointed to find no condiments in the fridge. We’ve stayed in this condo two times but might stay elsewhere.

And bed spread not washed, carpet filthy, cleanliness and non functional appliances a big disappointment. VROB SERVICE FEES were 822.00 , no extra sheets when the dryer didn’t workLocation was perfect

The Maui banyan is a wonderful complex…the location is superb, across the street from beaches and close to lots of amenities. This unit was particularly nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo has a/c but with the huge ceiling fans didn't need it to much. This is an end unit which was nice. Unfortunately the dryer needs to be replaced as it works on and off though it will dryer eventually. Overall a pleasant condo and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was perfect in Kihei. The condo itself was very clean and very well stocked. Unfortunately the air conditioner only cooled off the main living space. The bedroom was warm and we were unable to open the sliding doors due to the parking garage noise smell right across from the lanai. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and chairs and umbrellas. The wifi at the complex was absolutely horrendous. I called the property management, but never received a call back or response. The wifi was worse inside the unit. We were also unable to receive or make any phone calls in the condo. We would definitely return to this complex, but to a different unit and bring a hot spot.

Only stayed for 2 nights visiting family for short time. Grew up on Maui and come often. Condo had everything and end unit was nice. Wi-fi needs to be better, but this place will definitely be on our radar in the future.

This could be a great rental, but..... We called the first day and sent an email the following Monday. We never received a reply. The washer was full of laundry and the door would not open. Obviously this had happened a while ago according to the rental company. The said that they had already ordered the part but it never showed up for the two weeks we were there. The laundry started smelling bad shortly thereafter and we bought air spray to combat the odor. When we turned the bed spread down we discovered multiple nasty brown stains. We sent pictures to the rental company but no response. We took the bedspread off and put it in a corner. Both beach chairs were broken. The fry pan still had bacon grease in it and was so disgusting that I would never have left it for a guest. The dryer wouldn't dry.. It would run for a while and then shut off and then randomly start again. After four hours of trying to dry some underwear, we gave up and hung them on a chair. We were there for two weeks and the four towels really needed to be changed but there were no more. They might have been in the washer. The wifi was abysimally slow. Most day you couldn't even download email. The tv kept shutting itself off. After several days, we figured out that the box was really hot. We elevated it on a coaster stand and that seemed to correct the issue. This could be an amazing rental. The bathrooms are fabulous. The owner needs to pay more attention to details. We would never rent here again.

Mostly everything was perfect. We had wonderful time! Only issue was - the laundry machine broke and management didn't come back with a solution.
