Luxury Oceanfront Mana Kai Resort Condo

Good communication by host regarding check in instructions, well layed out Condo, well equipped, and just a short distance to both the sports bar and kings shopping center. Lap pool on site is unusual and welcome. Would definitely book again.

This condo is absolute perfection! The location could not have been better. We had several activities planned and nothing was more than a 40 minute drive. The condo was very clean and as described. I was pleasantly surprised at how gracious the host was with stocking the condo with shampoos, trash bags and even laundry detergent. There were beach towels and even beach chairs with an umbrella. It was such a peaceful and tranquil spot. You will not regret staying here!

This was perfect for our family of 4 and just as described. We loved the ocean/sunset views and how close it is to the beach. Would stay agin!

Representing this condo as a 2 bedroom is a stretch. More like a 1 bedroom apartment converted to hold an extra bed by installing a sliding door across the living space, leaving the living space feeling very cramped.The building itself feels dated and the staff of the building made guests feel policed by enforcing what we found out to be the rules of the condo--no throwing a nerf ball back and forth in the pool. No "marco polo" in the pool. These enforcements were not on our family personally, but we constantly observed the security staff telling kids they could not play like this in the pool. The security staff were honestly more of a nuisance than the kids were. Might as well just make it a no kids policy if you don't want families to be part of the environment. We were also told that there would be a restaurant/snack bar present. There is a small shop that sells small snacks and other souvenirs, but the actual restaurant/snack bar has been closed for 2 years.On the positive side, the beach was excellent and had a great coral reef for snorkeling right off the shore. The beach is open to the public. Next time, I would stay elsewhere and come to this beach which is one of the best on the island.

We had booked a condo in west Maui in early January, 2023 for a trip we (2 couples) planned for the end of Sept-early October. After the tragic fire in Lahaina we felt we couldn't play tourist and wanted to respect those living in that area by staying away. We were very fortunate to find a condo that fit our requirements in south Kihei/Wailea for the dates we needed. It did not disappoint! The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean, updated, perfect! The views from the lanai are simply stunning. The location couldn't be any better and it sits right on Keawakapu, the best beach on Maui. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

The condo is exactly as described and photos are accurate. Perfect size for 2 couples. Love that each bedroom has a King bed and on suite bathroom. The sliding wall to close off the one bedroom works great. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The pool is a perfect temperature and stunning at night. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. The elevators are quick, and the reserved parking is awesome! The beach tho! We didn’t even travel to do beach days anywhere else. This beach is the best for all beach activities. Kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks and lots of other stuff on the main floor to rent or purchase made it so easy!! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was smooth and such an easy process and we loved the balcony being right over the pool.

Beautiful 2/2 condo and the pictures do not do it, and especially the setting/views, justice. Great communication and coordination, excellent amenities on-site (beach gear rental, activities desk, etc...). We'd stay here again in a second and look forward to coming back someday...hopefully soon.
