Mana Kai Maui Condo - Right on the Beach!

Lovely property with an amazing view and great beach access

Our favorite spot on Maui. We will be back.

Great location and beautiful beach view. We enjoyed having the beach and pool available right at the condo. The general store with sandwiches and the rentals for beach gear was also really nice as a convenience. It is located near some great restaurants and activities. We had a great time and had everything we needed for whatever we wanted to do. The sound of the waves and waking up to that view was unforgettable!

Great location. Saved us an hour driving to Kaanapali. Gorgeous beach. It will be even nicer when the new restaurant (Merriman’s) opens. Close proximity to Wailea. We will definitely return!

It wasn't the typical Maui vacation due to the Kona storm that affected the island but the staff and the owner were very responsive and helpful. The owner always replied to my messages as we dealt with storm issues. We never lost power and had good Internet while we sheltered inside. If it had been typical Maui weather it has a gorgeous view and nice beach/grounds to relax on. We did see whales breeching from the lanai.

The view and location are incredible, but for the price we paid we would have expected some basic amenities such as shampoo/conditioneer and non-coin operated laundry. The unit could use some new carpet. The condo had a musky smell to it.

This is a wonderful property on the best beach in Maui. Igor was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The unit has a fabulous view, is well appointed and has wonderful beach supplies.

Amazing views. We have visited the Mana Kai several years (I grew up going to the Mana Kai) and love this property. This was our first time staying at Igor’s condo and it was great! All the kitchen amenities and it was clean. We loved the large table outside and all the chairs! The lock off works out well and the grandparents were able to join us for a couple of days and had their own space. We have booked again for next year!

Spectacular views from the large lanai and - beautiful beach front location! Morning moments were the best in the first thing in the morning on the lanai!

This unit was in great condition, had everything I needed, and couldn't have been closer to the beach. Wonderful complex. Would stay again.

Beautiful location and view! Condo had all the amenities we needed with new beach chairs and ice chest. Beds were very comfortable the a/c worked great. The washer and dryer were easy to use and very conveniently located to the Condo. It will be absolutely perfect when they get the bar and restaurant back open. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Beach, pool, 808, area were all fantastic. Easy access to town for shopping, groceries and restaurants. Gym was perfect for quick morning workouts.Only negative was one on site restaurant was closed for renovations.

Wonderful condo, perfect location with amazing view of ocean. Condo complex is perfectly situated on the beach with pool and spacious lawn area for lounging. Chaise lounges available for lawn area and beach chair & umbrella, SUP, life jackets, snorkeling gear & more available to rent (condo had 4 beach chairs & an umbrella already. Beds were super comfortable (pull out couch was not amazing but are they ever?!) beach towels also provided.

The view is absolutely incredible, there aren't words to describe what it's like in-person. The unit was as photographed and described, equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, allowing us to start our vacation immediately. Igor and Claudia were very kind, allowing us to check-in early and even offering to reimburse us for a small purchase if there was something we needed for the unit and stay.

This condo was incredible, the location and view cannot be beat. The beach was so inviting and expansive enough to where you were not crowded in on each other. The condo had everything we needed, fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. The building is great, with a store onsite that really has anything you may need. Great salads, sliders and other options too in case you just want to eat at the condo but not cook. Most importantly, the view of the beach and the sounds of the waves at night is what dreams are made of, truly. You can leave your slider open all night with the fresh breeze. It is wonderful. We will be back! Couple notes in case interested:- Parking spots are a little tight so recommend renting a smaller vehicle if you can make it work. -The bar/restaurant onsite is still not available which was unfortunate because locals told us it was a great place to dine at, however there are several local places to dine at too. We did Cool Cat Cafe and Monkeypod Kitchen to name a few. -The beach is a public beach and gets busy on the weekends, still plenty of room, but be aware that locals use the beach for fishing, they have their gear on the beach/lines in the water so keep a close eye on little ones. (as you should anyways). -BE RESPECTFUL of the ocean. We had to go chase down garbage from families who kids would just leave their garbage sitting around. Turtles also swim there, watch out for them, keep your distance. -RELAX!

This place was a great place to stay with two teenage girls they had the back room to themselves with their own bathroom. Me and the hubby enjoyed the front room with the beautiful ocean view. Its safe and great for families to stay with a pool and gym available aswell. The owner provides plenty of towels for a week stay. The AC works great! Not that we used it much we left the balcony screen door open every night the sounds of the ocean waves completed our stay. Plenty of restaurants just few miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great and the host was very responsive!

This is a perfect spot for a beach that is safe for kids but great to snorkel at, boogie board, and paddle board in the morning. We saw a few turtles both snorkeling and even from the room. Rental staff are excellent. The 808 market is convenient. Beach chairs and umbrella included in the room were a great touch. This worked great for our family!

This was our first visit to Maui, and we weren’t sure where to stay on the island. Our stay at the Mana Kai Maui condo in Kihei far exceeded our expectations. The location was central to everything, and the view from our condo was breathtaking. We were located right on the beach with wonderful views of the sunset. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to family and friends.

This condo was exactly what I was looking for. While many properties are advertised as “beachfront,” this one truly delivers—you step out and your feet are in the sand. No roads to cross, no obstructed views—just the ocean right outside your door.The photos are accurate. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and the beds were great—which is always a top priority for us. We kept the sliding door open most of the time and enjoyed the ocean breeze and sound of the waves—it was incredibly relaxing.There’s a charming little market downstairs that sells everything from snacks to toiletries and travel-sized condiments, which came in handy. We were less than a mile from food trucks and other stunning beaches.I did a lot of research to find this place, and it did not disappoint. My family and I absolutely loved it and would stay here again without hesitation.

This was our second stay at Mana Kai and we found it as beautiful as the first. Mana Kai is an older complex, but the location is stunning. An ocean breeze is constant and the waves lull you to sleep at night. This condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings are a little worn, but we didn’t stay inside much anyway with the ocean calling. We love the ability to walk out the lobby door a few steps to the ocean. The public beach is well loved by many for walking, sunbathing and snorkeling. We hope to return soon.

We loved the Mana Kai property. The condo was perfect. Our view was spectacular and we saw whales almost every day.

We love staying at the Mana Kai and 708 was perfect for another stay. The rooms were clean and the kitchen has everything you need for creating meals. We love the grills for outdoor cooking. We loved our stay.

Easy check in, Best views, no traffic noise, my elderly parents were very comfortable in the separate bedroom where they could rest, louvered windows provided lots of fresh air, heat pumps kept unit cool when needed. Loved the shoji doors separating the main bed from couch. All beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked w utensils, staff was very helpful, great snorkeling w cuttlefish, eels, sea turtles right out front

Staying at the Mana Kai Maui is a perfect vacation spot. I have stayed there since the 70's and it is my favorite place on earth. The beach is perfection!!

The lanai has a great view of the ocean and is the perfect place to have meals. The main bed is right next to the lanai. We opened the sliding doors to hear the ocean all night. It was magical. The condo also has easy and close access to the beach. The host was very responsive. The place was clean and tidy. There was also a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and masks/snorkels. We highly recommend this place as well as the building. Just a quick note. The bar, restaurant and bathroom on the ground floor are currently closed as they will be putting in a new restaurant. There were signs that there could be construction but there wasn't any construction going on when we were there.

The location and the view is unbeatable!!

This condo is in the absolute perfect location for kids of all ages. Great waves for boogie boarding without having to worry about their safety, and fantastic snorkeling right in front of the condo. We drove to different beaches when we wanted some big waves. If you dive, we went to the marine preserve and saw tons of fish and also to the old pier in Lahina and kids got to see some sharks and swim with sea turtles. Condo could use a deep cleaning but we spent most time outside anyway. Owner was super quick to respond to questions.

The location was picture perfect. It is very easily accessible to bunch of beaches. There is a snirkelling spot right in front of the apartment.The only thing is the washer/dryer is not part of the unit.

Incredible location! Beach, pool, grass...it had all the things you'd need to relax! Sunsets from the beach were incredible! We could watch the whales from our balcony!

We had a great 2 weeks on Maui.

Great location. Super great communication. Very clean. Only minor concern was the washer/ dryer were not actually in condo. They were across the hall and coin operated, which was not obvious to me in the listing. Once again, minor issue.

Lovely property. Unit is well maintained. Opening a bar/restaurant would be ideal (and a moneymaker).

Our stay here was perfect in every way! The condo is on the best beach on Maui. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of 4 adults and set-up with all that you need for the vacation (kitchen has everything you need to cook, beach chairs, towels and coolers). The pictures do not do justice to view from the balcony. We watched whales, sunrises and sunsets from it every day. We will definitely be back!

The location of the Mana Kai can’t be beat, but this unit needs updating. Everything you need is in the condo. Owner was very responsive to our requests.

This is such a cool property. The condo has the perfect view and all the necessities! The property owner (Igor), was amazing. He had offered if there was anything that would make our stay more comfortable to let him know and he also offered to purchase anything that we needed at the property under a $100. I reached out to him and asked if her would be open if we purchased a few games (to leave there and enjoy), he quickly responded with and absolutely and paid us back. What a great host. The property is beautiful and the best part was right there off the beach is a beautiful reef with some of the best snorkeling! We saw so many different fish, turtles, urchins and eels. We will definitely will rent this condo again! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Excellent property, views are spectacular, beach is fantastic, would love to stay here again in the future. Gym was closed which we didn’t know ahead of time but everything else was as stated, great place.
