Come stay on one of the most popular beaches in Hawaii! Mana Kai Resort is situated on Keawakapu beach and faces South, perfectly blocking the North winds and creating an ideal grassy space below to enjoy the afternoon sun. Morning strolls on this serene stretch of beach will take you all the way to the Andaz Resort where you can pop up and continue on the Wailea Walking Path, along the ocean and end at Fairmont Kealani Resort. #303 is ocean facing and at the West end of the building, closest to the water. Sunsets are magical from your own lanai and al fresco dining under the stars just makes the food taste better. Whale watching in Winter is so easy, you don’t even need binoculars to see them as they pass by and stop for a quick tail slap or full breach. This condo has everything you need for a fantastic stay, with recent updates by the owner, including mostly new furniture and décor. The bedding is fresh, plush, and crisp white.

The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite coin laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, and 808 Deli. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.

The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, 4 propane BBQs, onsite coin/credit card operated laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area. This particular unit has installed sliding shutter doors for added privacy.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

A beautiful condo, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the islands, in probably the most eclectic and interesting areas in the islands. Kihei is a wonderful mix of art, food and family, not as stuffy as Wailea and Kaanapali. This Condo complex is one of the few on the beach rather than across from it, and the beach is one of the best on the island. snorkeling right offshore is full of turtles and life. The management company was excellent and attentive. the condos are older, so there is usually some work going on around the complex, but they try to keep it at reasonable times and always gave us warning of loud work. this condo has been updated and looked great.The restaurant was being renovated while we were there, but there are so many excellent places to eat in Kihei we probably would not have spent much time there anyway.
We stayed for a week in January. The condo was as described, with the main bedroom being a little awkward with the floating wall separating from the living space. The baths and kitchen were good. The best parts of the place were 1) some of the best snorkeling right out the door, and 2) whale watching from the balcony. Great spot!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront property! The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the ocean with stunning views from the balcony. The place was clean and cozy. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony made this stay unforgettable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can't wait to come back!
Nice location. Last night and today no hot water at all and barely any cold water running. All units ending in 3 have the same issues. This is convenient at best and impossible to clean dishes properly
