We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, host was responsive and pool and hot tub were great. There is a great produce stand at the bottom of the hill that is run by a neighbor. Great local fruit, vegetables and eggs. The garage had boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler bags to use which was a welcomed surprise. The only downside were the pool/beach towels. They were super thin and cheap. Overall great stay though.

Wonderful house with an awesome view! Plenty of space for 3 families to spread out and a great home base for activities on the island. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gorgeous sunsets!

We joined our oldest friends for the most wonderful long weekend we’ve ever had in almost 15 years of vacationing together. This home was immaculate. The owners were so incredibly gracious and kind to share this place with us we are deeply grateful. The scheduling and check-in process was incredibly easy with clear communication at every step along the way. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures offered. Inside, the kitchen was stocked with so many wonderful appliances and cooking supplies that we had a blast cooking all our meals and sharing them at the large dining tables inside and out. The location, the property, the process - absolutely everything made this easily the favorite home we have ever rented. Thank you for making our trip what it was.

We met family here and stayed for a week with our adult children. The home was fabulous and very comfortable! It’s really well stocked with anything you could need while staying there. The views from the home are incredible and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s also pretty conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the harbor where many island excisions launch from. The only down side was that the 4th bedroom only has access to a half bath and there is no access to any of the other showers without going through someone’s bedroom. Not really an issue if you have small kids. But was a pain with adults. But even this was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from our incredible week there in the home!

Home was large and had lots of extras. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Our vacation was wonderful on the big island.

We never wanted to stop looking at the view. Chaise to hot tub to pool; repeat. We enjoyed being close to town and having plenty of parking.

House was everything we needed and more. Pool was a big hit, beautiful view, barbecue and all the appliances you could need. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and it worked out great for our two small families since each had their own wing. Would love to stay here again!

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. The inside and the outside of the house are beautiful and well-maintained. The location is prime. The company’s communication is very professional. The amenities available for guests to use— snorkels, pool floats, beach chairs, toys, games, etc— are a very nice touch. One negative thing I will say that this is NOT a 4 bathroom property as listed. It has a huge and glamorous master bathroom (1), a “Jack and Jill” bathroom between the other two rooms with king sized beds (2) and a half bathroom (total 2.5). There are only 2 showers in the house and the hot water is regulated to certain times, which is a good thing to know if you’re booking with an adult family. Also, the frogs (you may think they are birds, but there are just hundreds of frogs in the trees and bushes) are incredibly loud at night, so bring a white noise machine and/or earplugs. Overall, I would definitely recommend, just wanted to clarify a few things.

It was excellent. Great house with a great location. Highly recommend this place. Good communication. Only thing for me was the pool couldn’t be heated and it was too cold to use for all of us here. Was important to me but if that’s not important to you then I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Excellent choice. Even watched whales from the comfort of our lanai.

This was exactly what we needed in a vacation home. The home is just as advertised. Loved the lanai. Did not eat one meal inside. The view was amazing. Loved watching the sunset each evening. We had amazing weather. Although it does cloud up every afternoon. But it’s just I. Time for a siesta. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best trips we’ve had!!! This house was amazing and let us have family dinners every night and family pool time everyday!!! We laughed and played games and ate like kings!! Best kitchen area to have a few people cooking together as well!!! Definitely want to come back to this property!!
