Hula House is a modern 4-bedroom oceanfront retreat on Oahu's North Shore, offering panoramic beachfront views and relaxed island luxury. This spacious two-story home features open-concept living on both levels - each with its own living room, laundry, and kitchen - making it ideal for families or groups. Two king suites and two twin rooms (convertible to kings) comfortably accommodate guests, with futons available for children in the large ground-floor lounge. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors open to a wide beachfront lawn furnished for lounging, just steps from a serene, uncrowded stretch of sand where sea turtles often rest. Located five minutes from Haleiwa's surf shops, cafes, and local dining, Hula House combines spacious comfort, scenic tranquility, and convenient access to the best of the North Shore.
This spacious modern ocean front homes is beachfront luxury on the north shore. Unobstructed views of the ocean welcome the guests from both floors of this two story home. The first floor features a large living room, a half kitchen and a two bedrooms. Upstairs is a second living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a large balcony with full ocean views. Each floor has it own laundry room for added convenience.

Room 4 - two twins. They have a bathroom between them.
Both rooms with twins can be refigured to be king beds if requested in advance.
The owner also has futon mattresses for little kids as there is a large open room where kids can spread out and have their space on the ground floor. This set up is ideal for groups traveling together but also desiring some independent spaces.
The expansive windows throughout the home and the large sliding glass windows on the ocean side of the home this home provides an indoor outdoor beachfront experience. The grounds of the property are relaxing and spacious with a large beachfront lawn spilling down to the ocean replete with comfortable furniture and lounge chairs. The beach itself is frequently empty allowing for serene walks where you might come across a sea turtle that has come up for a rest on the sand.
There is ample parking on property and the location of the home is a convenient 5 or so minutes from the historic surf town of Haleiwa. Haleiwa is charming with its many surf shops and boutiques, restaurants and and shave ice stands.
For added convenience, a caretaker lives in a separate structure on the road side of the property.
** This home is a 30 day rental. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Owners prefer if you can book the home starting on the 1st to the 30th. Rentals that are not those dates need to be approved by the owner.**

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a peaceful oceanfront experience, look no further. A calm beach (seasonal of course) excellent swimming and snorkeling (turtles, eels, octopus, fish, whales in the distance, even a monk seal) on what is an almost a private beach. The house is fantastic, well equipped and roomy enough for everyone to have getaway space. Neighbours helpful and friendly.

The private beach behind the house was like a dream. Great snorkeling, tons of turtles and we didn’t have to share it with anyone. The area was very quiet and we were only 5 minutes from Hali’eaw which is a cool small town with shops, restaurants and a small grocery store. I highly recommend this house to all families looking for a fun quiet getaway with a private beautiful beach.
Our stay was one, if not the best, wonderful vacation. The home was marvelous, the view tremendous, sunrises and sunsets the best! We will definitely book again.

Turtles swam in the clear waters all day long and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Our hosts were beyond helpful and wonderful to care for all of our needs. And the lovely neighbors were an extra treat. The outside area was so wonderful and our meals together were so special to eat outside. The house is close to Haleiwa town for other adventures. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to land on Oahu :)
