Direct Oceanfront Condo on Private Beach Resort *Central AC *

This was a nicely equipped condo, right on the ocean, with A/C in every room. Jessica was quick to respond with all of our questions!

The top perks of this condo are the location and incredible ocean views. The condo is well stocked with basic needs (bath and kitchen products). The resort grounds and amenities are also nice. Unfortunately, when we arrived the condo had been closed up and the unit was pretty musty and stale. (Perhaps due to the Kona lows?)There was dust covering fan blades, bedframes, and HVAC systems. We had to wash dishes, including the utensil caddy due to visible food. There seems to be ongoing moisture/water issues

Everything was great!!!

Easy to access, quiet neighborhood, loved the pickleball courts, could watch the ocean out the back door.

Host communication was good. Had trouble with upstairs TVs. Probably was cable company’s fault. Description should have noted that one bathroom was downstairs, not next to bedrooms. Small step between entryway and living room is hard to see and each of us almost fell. Maybe edge should be marked. No bath/body soap of any kind anywhere. Bag of garbage was on front step outside when we arrived.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed here now, but it’s been our favorite place to stay on any of the Islands. Absolutely a hidden gem, you can’t go wrong booking here.

The host was very responsive to our questions and generous. The mix-up with the pool code upon arrival was a bother and almost half of our stay with boarded up windows due to high surf was unfortunate, but we understand it was necessary for safety.

Fantastic little condo as close to the water as you can get, and within 10-12 minute walk to the best snorkeling area! Host was super responsive both before trip and for any questions during our stay. Would happily come back!

The condo was well-equipped, clean and in a fantastic location to explore the area from Kona south to Captain Cook. We especially enjoyed the fact that the condo has cable, which is getting harder to find. For those of us who don’t stream everything, we really appreciated this amenity. The views are awesome and you can walk to snorkel at Kahalu’u in about 10 minutes. The Kona Surf and Racket Club is very peaceful with a nice pool area. This is our second stay at this condo and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything about the unit was perfect, parking was close, trash was close and AC 's were great. Directions on how to get there, how to you get the key, communication was all great

Very clean and well-stocked townhouse with access to tennis/pickle ball courts and large bowl. Beach access down the road.

Everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Close to groceries and restaurants but at the same time private and quiet. Pool was never crowded and perfect temperature. Parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the door. Comfortable living room furniture, and everyone slept great in their beds. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing, so peaceful listening to the birds and ocean! We will be back! we really appreciated all the amenities.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It is compact, but perfect for the 3 of us. There was heaving wave action while we were there. It was fun to have the waves crashing up to almost 10 feet above the wall. Location to shopping and the beach is within minutes. However our timing was off and the closest beach was closed due to coral spawning. It is about 15 mins into Kona. Minutes to snorkeling trips for Manta Rays and other locations.The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could want for cooking.The grounds are beautiful with several historical sites that are very interesting. We did not use the pool or tennis courts, so no comment.

Your lanai is a stones throw fom the ocean. The waves mezmerize you to sleep. A daily front row seat to a warm and breathtaking sunset is all but garrenteed. The accomidations are spotless and the owner...whom you deal with directly...is quick to reppspond and help however needed.

It was great! The only thing bad in the house is a step inside the front door that wasn’t marked and looked just like the floor! My wife and I both tripped on it twice than I took the rug out of the downstairs bathroom and marked it with that. Other wise the place was perfect.

This is our favorite place, every year we’re here we’re already planning our next adventure back here! Property is outstanding; comfortable, beautiful and incredibly convenient. The sunsets on the lanai are unparalleled, and days at the pool are peaceful and easy. You won’t regret coming here, and Trent and Jessica are the best hosts!

The stay was outstanding, the first morning we were treated by spinner dolphins cavorting while we watched from the lanai. We were able to catch all but one sunset from the comfortable lanai. It’s funny, but we started arranging our excursions and dinners to make sure that we could have an adult beverage and watch the sunset. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and/or wanted. The condo was very clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly and had good recommendations. We were a little melancholy the last morning and sitting on the lanai when our friends the spinner dolphins came by and put on an acrobatic show.

We loved the location of this condo. Close to the shops but far enough away from the busyness of the bars and restaurants if you want quiet. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels, and plenty of bedding and pillows too. The light switches on the first floor take some time to figure out. Also, the condo is very close to the pool and tennis courts. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Accurate photos and descriptions. Zero issues with the property. The AC was so nice for sleeping! A great view of sunsets! Overall extremely pleased with our stay.

Everything was as described and Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location with ocean just outside patio area in back and pool, tennis and pickleball just outside front door, as well as snorkeling nearby. Also had a closet full of rackets, paddles, and beach equipment available. Nearby mall with grocery store, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Would definitely go back.

Great spot right on the water. Convenient to restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive down the coast to the downtown area.

The unit was very nice with a great view of the ocean. It was good to have air conditioning since the afternoons were hot when we were there. The condo complex was very conveniently located to explore areas of the island around Kona. There were quite a few stairs so someone with limited mobility might struggle, but they were not a problem for us. We would stay here again.

We found the property everything we needed. Clean and quiet with all the amenities we needed. We will be back!

Family and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Ocean view and access to the beach was amazing. The property looked brand new and was inexplicably clean. Would love to visit again and stay here

We enjoyed our stay, the codo had everything we needed. The TV streaming was very spotty, or it could be that we are to old to know how to work the streaming process. The weather was iffy, but we did'nt let that bother us, regretfully we never made it to the pool. One thing I would add to the items in the condo, is some Kleenex.

Jessica’s place is perfect for any traveler. The master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and the room across the hallway has two twin sized beds. There are two full bathrooms which is a huge plus when we have multiple people vying for showers after a day at the beach! The condo is located south of Kona so you’re not in the hustle bustle traffic. You can walk to a great beach for snorkeling (it’s literally right down the street!)- we walked and it took us less than 10 minutes. There’s also a grocery store and multiple restaurants all within walking distance as well. The condo has a swimming pool and pickleball courts-Jessica’s condo is fully stocked with pickleball paddles and balls as well as everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, sand toys). The best part of the condo is the view!! You’re literally right on the water. You get to hear the waves crash all night - so perfect. Also, every evening you get to witness beautiful sunsets. Jessica was very responsive and was an amazing host. We would 100% stay here again!! Thank you Jessica!!

Clean, well equipped townhouse with unbeatable ocean view. We saw whales, dolphins and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed a closet full of beach and snorkeling equipment. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we needed something. Thank you for sharing your lovely place! Mahalo.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was great once they were able to remove the safety boards because of extreme high tides. It is an older property but very well furnished. The Owner was very responsive to our needs. The location is well situated to get into town and other amenities.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the closeness to the ocean, the pool was fantastic, parking was close by & we always felt safe. Everything was clean, & the unit had everything we needed, including coolers, beach gear, extra pillows, blankets, towels, & more. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to that area, & I'd love to return to this exact place again in the future!

This property and the owners are top notch! We stayed for 10 days and were comfortable, content, and thrilled with this townhouse. We loved the pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, location, furniture, linens, beach and play equipment, amenities provided, and the quick response and kindness of the owners. The property was very well stocked with everything needed for a week at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here . Had all the amenities we needed . It was nice that there were beach towels and snorkeling gear. Beach for snorkeling was only a short walk away. Stores and restaurants were very close. Beautiful ocean views !
