Waikiki Beach Tower is in the heart of Waikiki; an easy walk to many casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rental equipment can be found just across the street on Waikiki Beach, with a seawall that forms a giant, wave-free pool excellent for small children.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff at the Aston were amazing. The issues we had were primarily with communication. Prior to arriving, instead of receiving an information document with checkin and checkout procedures, as well as any codes or wifi passwords, we were told to call the property manager before leaving the airport. We did that, but got voicemail. We're frequent travelers to Hawaii and former locals, so we went to lunch and waited to receive a call. We drove to lunch, ate, and still nothing. We called a second time and left another voicemail. It was nearing the 3 pm check-in time, so I sent a message through VRBO to the property owner. We finally got a return call. He texted us the code to get into the condo. When we arrived, there was no welcome packet, so we had to call again for the wifi password. The property owner did not seem to know the property because they said to look in the welcome packet or the back of the router (which was on top of the microwave and inaccessible). Checkout was also an issue. We had no instructions. We texted the property manager, but heard nothing. I messaged through VRBO and was told to call him instead. He told us one thing, then we received a message the next day with different instructions. These are minor issues that are easily fixed, but still stressful, especially for over 800/night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having the beach chairs, towels and responsive valet and staff made the trip wonderful! Thanks to Byron for taking great care of us and for a beautiful space. Hot tub and pool was a bonus on top of being diectly across the street from the beach! Only wished it had less street noise.
