Puuwai Alii Estate: Stunning Luxury Home with Pool, Hot Tub & Ocean Views,AC!

We were able to spend two and a half months here and enjoyed everything about this property. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood and amazing views of the coastline and the Pacific. The floorplan was well thought out with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen was supplied with nice dishes and plenty of kitchen extras. We only ate out twice and that was lunch... It was more enjoyable for us to cook at home and take advantage of everything we had there. We spent hours on the lanai just enjoying the view and surroundings. The master bedroom was very comfortable, and any guests we had said the same of the guest rooms and beds. The fish were a lot of fun. We fed them every morning before our walk, and they seemed to always be "watching" for us. Beautiful fruit trees and the best grapefruit we've ever eaten! The oranges, avocados and papaya were also very good. Hands down, this has been a favorite of all the places we've stayed in Kona. Thank you for letting us enjoy the winter months in your home... It was the best!

The pictures do not even do it justice. The house is peaceful and private but only a quick drive down the hill and you’re in the middle of everything Kona has to offer. The layout could not have been more perfect for our multi-generational multi-family trip with each individual suite secluded but connected. Every detail has been attended to, from luxurious amenities and finishes to the small thoughtful considerations of fine resort. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and stores and farmers markets were very convenient. The outside spaces are an extension of the house with morning rainbows on the lanai, afternoon swims at sunset, and stargazing from the hot tub. The central location allowed us to spend our time exploring all the island has to offer. Day trips to Volcanoes National Park, over the saddle road to Hilo and Waimea, to multiple adventures spent exploring the beaches of the Kohala Coast. Snorkeling with the sea turtles and savoring the sunsets made for lifelong memories. Thank you for the amazing stay.

BBQ and outdoor bar/eating area made us want to stay all day. Lot of rooms for multiple families. You could even have a set of grandparents come with and stay in their own apartment over the garage. And what a view a mile makes! The homes' backyard features an infinity pool that overlooks the most stunning panoramic view of the Kona coast that we've ever seen. You can see 30-50 foot waves crashing 10 miles away and they still look huge. The pool and hot tub along with views of whales, rainbows, planets, stars and the moon make you never want to leave the backyard. But you did need to sleep and for that the house works very well, feeling ultra comfortable and expansive. All the rooms are very private and each has their own bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of everything you need to host several families for meals. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend a stay at Puuwai Alii Estate.
