The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
This 32nd floor condo has amazing views of Diamond Head, the beautiful blue
Pacific Ocean, and is only a few short blocks from the world-famous Waikiki
Beach! This high-end, recently renovated condo comes with a fully equipped
kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker,
coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home
cooking experience while you stay with us. This kitchen is complete with a
dining table and chairs for memorable family dinners. Find joy and comfort
while relaxing in this condo's spacious living area that includes a large tv,
pull-out sofa, and desk. The lanai has a table and chairs so that you can
enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean!
This unit has a great bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and an amazing view from
the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or
left open for a very spacious room. The beautiful bathroom right off the
bedroom includes a spacious sink, drawers, and detachable shower head for your
comfort and ease. This bathroom is perfect for relaxing and washing away all
the sand and ocean after a great day spent at the beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high
quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.
We want you to save money and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped
kitchen, FREE covered parking, TV with cable, FREE in room Wi-Fi and an A/C
unit in the living room. We have gone out of our way to make your stay in
Waikiki spectacular so we hope you will take full advantage of all of the
extras we provide to make the most out of your vacation!

Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the
lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,
saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property
Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free
Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and
cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with
provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
line, Property Manager ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. If the Waikiki
Banyan condo isn't available, feel free to inquire about other fantastic

Great location for Waikiki, easy parking, nice unit, well maintained. I had to purchase and install a shower curtain because the unit was lacking one. Management did not return three calls nor supply a service request form. I would have liked to request a late check-out, but figured they would not return that call either.
The Parking pass was not in the room as expected. We got a temp pass and ours arrived the following day. The internet was not working when we arrived. No power to the ISP's router. This router was plugged into a socket that was connected to a wall switch which was off. No internet password available. Had to log into the wireless router and turn on the guest network. Battery in smoke alarm was hanging out of the alarm in bedroom. Toilet bowl runs continuously. The tank float valve needs to be changed. It constantly made noise as if there was a drill being used in the bathroom. I had to turn off the water next to the bowl to get some sleep. Carpet in bedroom needed some TLC. Parking was great! View from the balcony is great!Property Management should have prepared the room prior to arrival.
We had an amazing time staying here! It has an amazing view and is a short walk to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

The accommodations were perfect. The condo was very well kept and the beach was a short walk away. My kids enjoyed watching a movie on Netflix every night. The views from the balcony were amazing.
My husband and I had such a wonderful holiday here. The suite was as pictured and clean and a little home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the view spectacular. I would recommend this apartment to others.

We had a wonderful time here. The only only issue was a broken coffee maker.
I gave it 5 start because the questions asked deserved 5 stars. It was clean, the check-in was simple (emails before arrival told me what to do. No real "check-in" required, which was great). The staff I talked to on the phone were courteous and helpful. The view was fantastic and was why I picked this particular unit. Sitting on the lanai for sunrise and in the evenings was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the AC mostly worked. I liked having the bath sink separate from the toilet and shower. Free parking was key! FYI - We rented a Toyota 4-runner which DID fit in the garage, but just BARELY! I was pre-warned not to rent a full size SUV, but I forgot! However, the unit's furnishings need attention. The bowls were mismatched and mostly chipped. There was no ice bucket to catch the ice from the ice maker, so I had to use a pot. There was no sink stopper to fill the sink for washing dishes, so I had to use a bowl. There were no coffee filters, and I didn't think to buy any during our one run to Safeway, so I used paper towels instead. The table is worn and wobbly, and there is barely enough room between the table and refrigerator. The bathroom towel rack is pulling off the wall. Overall I'd probably look for different unit next time, but I would rent this one again if the price was right.
The unit was nice and clean. The building itself was a little dated, but overall functional. Can’t beat the great location!
