Luxury Ilikai Condo, 2/2, sleep 7, Direct Ocean Front, Fireworks every Friday!

This was a very nice condo with a wonderful view as accurately depicted in the photos. Comfortable bed in master( only one used! Plenty of plush towels, which was nice. Perfect for 1 or2 couples. A/c was very Efficient in all rooms but rarely used at night with the nice Bree. A big bonus was no bus or flying creatures so not having screens was not an issue. Plenty of dishes and a large table. Comfortable outdoor seating on both patios. Jeannie was available for all questions or concerns and was very attentive. The property itself is very nice with convenient store and ice cream parlor. Waikīkī itself was so nice and the beaches and grounds kept very clean. Love the fireworks!! If your happen to be retired or active military, the Hale Koa is 5 minute walk.. extra bonuses

Beautiful view and very close to a pretty shallow lagoon that is great for kids and just steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We did have an issue that affected our first night stay (no sheets for the single bed which had us putting a child to bed with his parents in the king bed). However, the host and cleaning staff were extremely apologetic and really went out of their way to try and correct it. I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” as the listing states and it does not look like the professional photos on the listing but for a weekend, it was adequate for us.

This was perfect for my husband and me plus our two daughters. One daughter took the sofa bed and said again and again how comfortable it was. The location was perfect. The coffee downstairs was so good we went every day. The room is at the end of the hall, giving us an unobstructed view and privacy. Would come back again.

Really easy, super clean, very responsive

We were in Honolulu to support a crew racing in the TransPac 2025 from LA to Honolulu. The location could not have been better for accessing Hawaii Yacht Club and the marina.The apartment was also within walking distance of Waikiki dining and shopping. There was convenient pay parking behind the building for our rental car so we were able to drive to hiking and snorkeling outside of Waikiki.

There was construction being done upstairs each day it started between 9 am and 10 am. It was continuous and sounded like a jack hammer. I got a nice place so we could chill inside but it was too loud to enjoy the condo. The place itself was gorgeous.

The property was clean and well stocked. There was local shampoo and body washes provided for both showers that smelled great. One issue was the master bedroom slider did not have a lock on it but overall the balconies provided great views of the ocean and marina. Communication with the property manager was not needed during our trip, but would suggest having a few extra beach chairs in the unit for the lagoon/beach across the street.

We had an amazing time in Oahu! This condo was exactly as advertised. We had pretty much everything we needed. We were surprised when we got there to find additional items not listed in the description- 8 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, and 2 coolers- a welcomed surprise! The owner was very attentive to questions. Absolutely loved it!

The condo was amazing! The description was completely accurate. We had everything we needed to enjoy our team in Waikiki. The fireworks show on Friday night was amazing to watch from the balcony. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every morning with our coffee. The property had great amenities on site as well. I would highly recommend this property.

The space was adequate, but the pictures made it look much nicer and more updated. The patio furniture was worn and moved around. The kitchen and living room still had food crumbs on the floor. The ceilings were really low which was not evident in the pictures. The unit upstairs was under construction, so it was loud at times. We didn’t hear neighbors at all. There were a couple of beach chairs that were left from previous guests which was a nice surprise. The size of the unit was good. The view was great. The owner responded quickly.

I would not consider this a “luxury” condo. Attention to detail was just not there (dirty dingy rugs, dust throughout, needed paint, etc). Pocket door to the bathroom did not work when we arrived, I called the property manager who then asked me to call the mx person (I should have only had to make 1 phone call). Unit right above us was doing renovations so it was super noisy. I guess I missed it when looking at the unit but there is NO washer/dryer in the unit. Location was in a good spot, but I would not go back.

Clean, great view, and 3 ac units kept us cool. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The location and property was great and it came with all the amenities required for a week stay for my family. It could use more cleaning. There were many rules that we had to comply with as far as using and leaving the property. Considering the cost of the rental, the ceiling fan had dust on all the blades, the washroom shower floor tiles could use more scrubbing. Same with the spaces for for two balconies. The views on these balconies were stunning but the outdoor floor mats could use some cleaning as well.

The view from this property was beautiful, able to see the beautiful Sunset from my own balcony. This corner unit has the most awesome view.

This was a great place to stay. Accurate description, great views (especially for Friday night fireworks!) and an updated space. Instructions were very clear and we enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Photos don't do thw view justice. I will recommend this unit. You can't get a better view. The manager was prompt with any communications. The unit had everything but left for the next occupants. The laundry didn't meet the needs of the building.

We had a great stay at this property. Amenities we good. Boogie boards and chairs for the beach were in the closet which was great! Loved the sand free beach towels. They dry quick and are compact. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Sharp knives need an upgrade some of the larger ones were chipping and the kitchen also needed some more dish clothes. Our stay was my in laws two kids my husband and I. Sleeping worked fine with the pull out but needed more sheets. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return to this property.

We had a wonderful vacation! The property and views of the ocean, lagoon and marina were amazing! The balcony on 2 sides of the unit allowed us to change up the view. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful sunset views and close to each, shops and restaurants.

The home was not up to my standards or expectations up close. The shower curtain hooks are so old, they rusted so bad. The rust is not on the shower curtain. The patio furniture is filthy/old and needs to be replaced. The tv had a line going down the screen. The covers smelled like they weren’t washed. There were literally no condiments. So make sure you bring some or buy from the shop downstairs. The patio is over the parking lot. Not the lagoon. The free parking is pretty much non existent. People are outside early and all the parks are taken before 9. This experience has caused me to Reframe from booking outside of hotels.

The property was exactly as shown online! The views were awesome and our private fireworks on Friday night were great. We enjoyed not being right in the middle of Waikiki with all the traffic/people and noise. Yet you are close enough to walk to it all or for us a quick Uber ride.

Enjoyed the area, the venue, the Hula, the fireworks, the close proximity to rental cars and shops.

This is a lovely condo with beautiful views of the beach, marina, and ocean from the plentiful windows and balconies. The unit is well-equipped for stay-in dining and living. It is close to all beach amenities and convenient to Honolulu attractions.

We had a 5 star experience. The only negative was the elevator and that was out of the owners control. Best views in Waikiki from the balconies.

We enjoyed this property and the amenities around us. The condo was great and if I chose to stay in the area I would consider rebooking. The elevators were a bit of a pain to use and took quite a long time and by the time it’s your turn they’re full (not sure that is the norm). The fireworks from the balcony was a nice treat. The only improvements we’d suggest is more towels and blankets too. We were there for 5 days (6 of us) and we each got one towel to use the whole stay unless we wanted to do laundry. The property manager was very responsive and appreciated.

This property was really clean and we all enjoyed the ocean view. Friday firework watching from the balcony was a great memory.

Good location. Condo is nicely updated . Hotel itself is dated but still great. Some restaurants are closed. Easy to get to and the beach

This condo is located in the Ilikai hotel. Great location . The condo was perfect, nice view of the ocean & marina from 1of 2 lanais. Hotel has shops, coffee, ice cream & very nice restaurant on site. Pool, lagoon & ocean for swimming choices. Easy access to a nice beach walk with shops & restaurants. Complex is on Keawakupa Beach, just north of Waikiki Beach; a much more relaxed atmosphere. All parking at the hotel is valet, but really a great feature as parking is very limited in the area. We ended up purchasing beach chairs & an umbrella from local Walmart to use during our stay & left for future guests. It was much cheaper than renting them everyday on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this condo!

This place had an amazing view! Attention to detail with cleaning could be better. I had to clean over the place upon arrival. Overall it was a great stay after cleaning. I would recommend staying here!

This was a great place for my family. There were 7 of us and we all fit fine in this condo. The views are great. The place was very clean. The only complaint was that the doors squeaked when using them, and it was hard to move around the condo when others were sleeping. We called for more towels and washcloths and had them an hour later. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from UH. This place was amazing!!!! Beautiful view-perfect view of the Friday fireworks!!! The condo was equipped with all you need!!! The property was clean and the restaurant on the top floor was delicious!!! We would definitely stay here again! Safe and clean!!! Aloha

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It is very comfortable and was perfect for us during our stay in Honolulu. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and activities.

The condo is in a great location - easy walking to beach and many bars/restaurants. The views are beautiful. It is at the very end of the hallway so quiet and away from the elevators. The two king beds are comfortable but the fold up twin and sofa sleeper are less comfortable. The condo comes with bath towels, beach towels and soap. The kitchen is minimally supplied with a few pans but not set up for full cooking. Perfect if just reheating leftovers. Not all of the blinds were working so the living room area (for the sofa sleeper and folding twin bed) was very bright in the morning. I would recommend this place.

The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our family. Really enjoyed the views from the unit and convenient location. Looking forward to returning for another visit.

This 2BR/2BA is exactly as shown in the posted photos- beautiful! There is a balcony off each BR. The two walls of plate glass offer a spectacular view. We had pans and dishes for cooking a few meals on our six day trip, too! Our host, Jeannie, was VERY responsive to a few questions about the area and was able to provide us a late ck out. (Our flight was at 11:30pm.) We were able to do another snorkel, shower, pack, ck luggage at the Bell desk and enjoy another dinner and sunset! The grounds are lovely, great location, easy Ubering. Highly recommend! We’d stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights with our son and his fiancé. The room layout was perfect and the views were amazing! We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the island and swimming in the clear blue ocean! Communication was great too….We’d stay here again!

Great location to stay for New Years! The condo views are beautiful. We sat on the balcony and watched fireworks on Friday night (you will need to be by the lagoon/on beach to see the NYE fireworks on main beach; or there are others to right in far distance). The condo was clean and provided the basic needs for our stay. Bedrooms/beds were comfortable. Kitchen is great to cook in. Main pool very nice. Everything in walking distance (and easy to get Uber when needed). We enjoyed our stay - thank you!
