The view was amazing! The accomodations were very nice and served us well. We had some trouble utilizing the tvs. Fortunately, we brought our own firestick.

The view from our deck was amazing. We enjoyed sunsets and an occasional rainbow.

Very nice property and accurately described. Only in town for 2 days so didnt get to take full advantage of the amenities and area, but in a great and convenient location if you want to be on Waikiki. Only thing missing was lack of beach towels, but we made do. Would stay here again!

Apartment was in an awesome location close to the lagoon & beach plus it has a pool, great internet connection. Supermarket located at end of street (block) heaps of space in apartment for the whole family and has great view. Pick up points for tours close by. We had the best time and when we come back to Hawaii we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with lovely views. Easy access to the ocean

This was the worst condo and customer service that I have ever experienced. Within just a few short hours of checking in we started seeing cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom area. Crawling on the dishes in the cabinets, countertops, across the floor, out of the door of the dishwasher and even on the dining room table. When I emailed I got no response so I called. They told me that nobody had ever reported this issue before and they didn’t know there were cockroaches. They brought out the orkin man who supposedly treated and they emailed to tell me we might begin seeing dead bugs over the next couple days. Never saw any dead bugs. We sure did see many, many live ones. So many that I finally went to Home Depot and bought my own pest spray. I literally laid down a line of spray every night around the kitchen just to keep them in there so we could rest. Ready, here is the best part. Remember when they said they had no idea about the cockroach issue? Well under the kitchen sink sits a box full on Cockroach bait stations. It was there when we checked in. They are Liars and when you complain they simply say the contract signed says cockroach’s are not considered a reason to cancel the reservation. We were there from May29th - June 10th. All I got was 200 back for my inconvenience. Stay away from this Condo and this management company they are both not worth dealing with or your stress level rising on Vacation.

Wonderful spot, nice size! Appreciated the beach chairs, a ball to play with and beach towels. Kitchen was minimally appointed however so that was challenging. No salad bowl, measuring cups, etc - but we adapted! All in all great stay, clean and easy.

Nice place to stay, easy access to public transportation. Plenty of amenities on site and more within walking distance.

This was a spacious, lovely and clean VRBO. Nice dinning room table/and living space. The view when you walk in is breath taking. Check in was so easy! We shared the VRBO with my husband/his cousin. My husband and I had the room with the sliding door partitioning it from the living space. Be aware you can hear the TV from not only the living room but also the other bedroom/even when that door is closed. The mattress was comfortable for me, but my husband/others complained that it was to soft. Would suggest more substantial pillows. I did note that you could hear loud noises outside from motorcyle's etc. Ear plugs worked for me. Nice patio/lanaiWould recommend a note in the book as to recommendations /directions to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your lovely VRBO!

Condo was not fully furnished with basic dressers. One room at nothing but 2 beds, had to use suitcase as a dresser. Small place, luggage stored in closet while clothes hung on bent wire hangers. Hospital linens on beds, old pillows with covers over foam. Covers had brown silva on them and stored extra blankets smelled very bad. Hot water, turned all the up at line, could have been hotter in showers. Nice view, but very noisy area.

Lots of space for a big family, beautiful views, great location, and had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Condo is large, clean and nicely appointed. Location was great.

This was a really great location. It was pretty clean, conveniently located, and a great stay. The only complaint was that one of the stove ranges were broken, and the pull out bed was broken. My husband had to sleep very uncomfortably on the couch, and I used the air matress which was really comfortable. We made it work. We will be back again.

Great view and convenient location.

Good location to Ala Moana mall and Waikiki. This unit needs more and newer pillows. Not enough chefs knives and only one steak knife. Compared to other units we’ve stayed at it could use some smaller bowls. We just went to Walmart and got what we needed. Overall location and Ilikai is a great choice for families. We would come back again.

Was here to celebrate a 60th birthday and had a great time

Great view overlooking harbor. Easy walk to restaurants and stores.

Everything was very clean, AC was awesome. We walked to several nearby restaurants but also enjoyed facilities right here at the Ilikai with suoer kind staff.

Awesome views…can see a bit of the mountains and an expansive view of the blue ocean. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults. There is a market on the premises which was helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed our stay on O’ahu.

We really enjoyed our stay at Illikai. The room was perfect for our family of 6. We appreciated the location and the space of the room.

This was our second time staying in this condo. We are very familiar with the Ilikai and for so many reasons it’s our go to condo when we come to Waikiki. The building and condo are older but clean. Definitely not luxury but a decent price for a 2 bedroom with ocean views. We will stay again if the unit is available.

Great condo with beautiful views! Nice beach lagoon just a couple minutes walk that the kids loved and another minute walk to the ocean front beach! Only issue was wrong code to get in the door but it didnt delay us too much. Also, the property owner asked for permission for a repair man to enter the condo while we were there to fix a shower door, we told her we were not comfortable with that amd asked if he could wait until we checked out. We didnt hear back from her and the next thing we know the repair guy came anyway. If youre going to ask permission, please respect when someone declines!

We were thoroughly impressed and pleased with this property. It fully met and exceeded our expectations. Two full sides of the unit are glass and offered exceptional views of the ocean, marina and city. The interior was nicely furnished and very comfortable.

It was a beautiful, clean, and spacious property with 2 furnished lanais, both with spectacular, panoramic views of the ocean. It easily fit 6 adults. U it was well-stocked, though we didn’t do a lot of cooking. In Friday night we had the best view of the fireworks show at 8.It was conveniently located within walking distance to fast food and restaurants, and a quick walk down to the lagoon and beach! There were beach towels, a couple of sand chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys.Valet parking was super easy and quick to use. You pay $45 a day for excellent service. We had a second car for a few days and never found it a problem to find street or self-park near the lagoon for $1 an hour. We may have circled a few times when we returned from dinner and shopping at Ala Moana after 9, but still managed to find parking within 5 minutes.We had a couple of issues, one with the WiFi for one evening. The property manager quickly responded to my message within an hour or two. And it ended up working itself out. WiFi was great the rest of our 8 night stay. Another mishap was the AC unit in the second bedroom dripping a lot of water in the afternoons. It kind of made a mess and we had to use several pots and bowls to make sure the furniture and floor didn’t get all wet. Again, they were quick to respond, sent a technician out, and gave us some advice to keeping the unit from overcompensating. However, it didn’t help and the unit kept dropping for most of our stay. But we just used the pots and bowls and asked for extra towels so I wouldn’t have to do laundry every day to wipe up the messes. They even gave us a very small inconvenience compensation, which wasn’t expected, but a kind gesture, nevertheless.The laundry facility was on every floor, not busy, and people promptly removied their clean laundry.Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to be amongst everything Waikiki has to offer. The condo was perfect for us! It has everything you need. Plus 2 balcony’s for view of the harbor and views of the city. Plenty of room for 5-6, we had 3 grown children with the wife and I. Rental cars in the building and across the street. Public transportation stops just a few steps from building.

Overall the condo and the view were very nice, the pictures are accurate, there were just a few things that could be improved. The AC in the room with the 2 beds leaked so much on the first day, it soaked the table and floor as well as everything that was on it, AirPods, phone chargers, etc. after the first day we had to basically not use it. The master bath is beautifully renovated, but the shower only got warm, never hot. The main bathroom shower went hot and cold the whole time you were in there. The beach equipment is not great and should definitely be replaced, and the condo is listed for 6 people, but only 3 beach towels supplied. If those things were fixed/upgraded this definitely would’ve been a 5 star and I would stay here again. If they weren’t fixed/upgraded I don’t think I would. Don’t get me wrong, the building was beautiful and the restaurants etc downstairs were great, and the view was amazing. I just think if these things were updated it would be fantastic. Thank you for having us in your condo, it was a really great trip!

Rental had everything we needed and lots of room. Super location! Love the view and relaxing on the lanai. Nice to have amenities in the building and nearby. Close to transportation and shopping.

Nice view and excellent floorplan.

The parking at the elekai was $45 a day and other options nearby are limited. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash the entire week and we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. I wouldn't stay there again.
