The condo is beautifully located with a stunning garden view. Early morning coffee on the lanai was the perfect way to start the day. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with many high end touches. Bonnie provided clear communication and a great list of nearby places to help make our trip more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the property. The property was clean, the kitchen was fantastic, and the location couldn't be beat. The pool was great and the unit was a short walk to the beach - we used the included beach chairs every day! We are looking to rebook next year already!

Large Beautiful property! Well appointed with everything we needed and more. Unit has a lovely patio that opens right onto shared green space and it is just steps to the gorgeous pool. Close to everything. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time!

The property gave our family of four lots of space to relax and get ready for our adventures around the island. We especially liked the proximity to the pool after a long day of hiking. The lanai was a great size to enjoy breakfast every morning, listening to the birds sing.

The first thing I want to talk about this property is the perfect Lanai. It was almost always in the shade and it had the most gorgeous view. I spent every morning and evening just soaking in the sunrise and sunset. It was also very close to the pool but just far enough away that I was not bothered by noise. The condo itself was very well stocked and everything looked clean and new. The kitchen was perfect and I loved how big the master shower was. The beds were comfortable and I am pretty picky about that. We used the boogie board and chairs often. Thanks so much for those! The only thing I would have liked more of is towels but we did a load of laundry every day so it was not a problem. I felt the communication was perfect and we had a very easy time checking in and out. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and I loved my morning walk around the neighborhood and the beach was just a block away. The condo grounds were gorgeous as well with the natural creek and gorgeous palms and flowers. It smelled of Plumerias every morning. The Wailea shops were literally 5 minutes away.

Ideal location! Well maintained complex with beautiful sunset views from the lawn. Peaceful, quiet and space for just 2 or a family.

We had a wondering stay - the property is spacious and well equipped with beach gear and kitchen tools! It's also a stone'e throw from the pool which was fantastic for our toddler in the afternoons. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend to family and friends!

Great stay and property. Exactly as advertised. Nice location within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your time there.

We have stayed at the Palms of Wailea many times and this property is the nicest unit by far. The ground floor unit is in the inner ring of units so there is no traffic noise and the unit faces the landscaped area with a running stream that is quiet also. It is also close to the pool but far enough away so the pool noise is minimal. It is a quick 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in south maui (Keawakapu).The unit is furnished nicely and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai is large and is shaded all day. The Unit has a porta crib, plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. Our stay in this unit was a wonderful experience for our party of 6 (4 adults, 1 -13 yo and 1 - 2yo). We made sure to reserve the unit for next year during our stay there.

This condo is located on a BEAUTIFUL property. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The master bathroom is HUGE and the shower was perfect. The lanai was perfect at all times of the day and it's very close to the pool. (The pool rules are perfect for maintaining a quiet, calm environment.) The only things we would change are the beds. Mattresses were a little too firm and the kit to convert the twin beds to a king didn't make it very comfortable.

Had a great 7 days at The Palms room 1301! House has all kitchen silverware, plates, utensils and more that you could need. Coffee maker and krueig machine. All house appliances work. House has boogie boards, sand toys for little ones, pack n play, towels, starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner. AC has to be set to 74 but it feels a lot colder than 74. We all slept great each night. TV's are Roku enabled so easy to log into any app to watch tv. Extremely close to the pool! We had to drive to the beaches due to our kids, towels, beach chairs and toys but it is definitely walkable if you have people who can carry their own belongings. Grocery stores are nearby for shopping. We will be back!

This is a well-kept condo with a great location. You have a peak a boo view of the ocean, and can walk right off your patio and into the pool, which you can easily see via the windows.

We had one concern and Bonnie was quick to take care of it. Great location to pool a little walk to beach to watch awesome sunsets!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Wailea and would definitely recommend a stay here to family and friends. This particular unit is very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners also had beach chairs, towels, and a snorkel and mask for us to use. The unit is also located in a great spot in the community. It is quite close to the pool, but people cannot look into your windows from the pool. Even when there were families at the pool, we did not hear any noise from it. The air conditioning works very well. We also commented to each other several times that the Palms at Wailea is located in a great place to enjoy the Wailea and Kihei area. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. We moved to the Palms at Wailea after spending six nights at our Westin Villa timeshare in Ka’anapali. We both felt more comfortable at the Palms condo than at the Westin. We also found it more peaceful.

Beautiful large unit. All the amenities we needed and smooth check in process. Not really a view of water but the lanai backs out onto the green belt and is close to the pool. We had a great stay and Bonnie was a great host.

The owner didn’t do a very good job giving check-in instructions and we had an old door code so spent our first night in another hotel until we could get in touch with their handyman, who got us into the unit the next morning. They said they sent it two weeks in advance, but we never received it! Then we had numerous issues with a bad BBQ that they finally replaced, a loose kitchen sink faucet and the batteries in the front door code went out and it took them a week to get it fixed for us! All these issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. The condo was pleasant, but the stress made our stay less enjoyable!
