- Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. There is a $450 monthly cap. Anything over the $450 monthly cap will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We may not be able to accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Vehicles must fit in the full size 2 car garage. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the garage, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
- Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
