This luxury two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the seventh floor of the Ocean Tower at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Designed for a world-class vacation, the villa features a signature kitchen created by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The open lanai offers breathtaking ocean views, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh Hawaiian air. The villa is well-equipped for your convenience, offering beach gear, a washer and dryer, and a sleep sofa in the living room. Smart TVs are provided in both bedrooms and the living room for your entertainment. The villa also features premium appliances from Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Bosch, and the 13-foot sliding lanai doors disappear into the wall, extending the indoor-outdoor living space. Centralized air-conditioning is available, but you can also open the lanai doors and enjoy the cool island breezes.

This ultra-luxurious villa is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu, with four protected turquoise lagoons right outside your door. You may even swim alongside the famous three-legged honu (turtle), affectionately known as `Hop Along.` Whether you`re relaxing by the water, enjoying a meal at one of the resort’s exceptional restaurants, or exploring all that Ko Olina has to offer, this villa provides the perfect base for your Hawaiian vacation.
A car is recommended for exploring the island, though the resort offers a shuttle service within the gated community. Your villa comes with one parking stall, with additional parking available at the resort’s discretion for a $25 per reservation fee. The Beach Villas provide 24/7 front desk assistance, and I am always available to assist you during your stay.
A signed rental agreement is required before check-in and will be emailed to you for review, signature, and return prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental is successfully rebooked at the same rate.
- Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
- Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
- Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions, not from Island Living Homes.

Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! This condo is exactly like the photos! Breathtaking views without the crowds if a huge resort! The staff at Beach Villas are all friendly and accommodating. The pools are warm and uncrowded. The lagoon area is perfect for relaxing and for families with younger children who want to avoid rough waters. Morning and evening walks were a highlight to watch the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend this condo and location!
Perfect for our family vacation. The set up was ideal for small kids. The location was incredible.
This lovely apartment was everything you see in the listing. It was quiet, and had comfortable beds, top-of-the-line appliances (including washer/dryer AND detergent), nice decor, and a fabulous ocean view. We loved how the sliding doors opened fully to let in the ocean breezes--coffee on the lanai was the highlight of every morning. It included friendly front-desk staff (so check-in was a breeze) and a designated parking space. The location was excellent--you could walk to one of the nearby hotels for nice meals, or to a convenience store and Starbucks down the road for carry-out. We wandered to the tidal pools past the Four Seasons and watched the turtles swim along the water's edge, and one day there was a monk seal over there (bring water shoes with soles if you want to climb over the lava rocks to get to this area). We really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that came with the apartment. The two pool areas were landscaped beautifully, and the on-site snack bar was convenient. We would highly recommend this condo for your Oahu visit!
Awesome condo, awesome beach! Very expensive but we could not have been happier. If you are into a resort experience with everything you need within a 10 minute walk, this is perfect. Host was great, good communication. Thank you!
Roomy accommodations - two generous bedrooms and baths. Well stocked kitchen — even had a coffee grinder and air fryer. Highlight was the open air lanai. Excellent location and heated lap pool. We needed one call to maintenance but they were prompt and fixed the problem.
This is a true resort and not just a hotel. Having two actual bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone space and privacy. The views from the lanai were amazing all day long. With a full kitchen we were able to go shopping and prepare our own meals which was great from me. There are even grills you can use by the pool so we bought steaks and burgers and had a great family meal without having to go to a restaurant. The resort is situated in between a few others and there is a nice walking path near the beach that stretches in front of all of them. The amenities and cleanliness were great as well as the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again.
Outstanding experience!
Phenomenal rental. After touring the neighboring resorts I felt smug with how good we had it at the Beach Villas. Our pool and jacuzzi facilities were top notch and uncrowded. The unit was spacious and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and A/C systems worked great. The owner was communicative and hooked us up with a missing appliance on short notice. Overall it was simply superb and I'd recommend it or other units administered by Denice in a heartbeat!
We stayed in June. It was a beautiful space. Plenty of room, great pools gym and walking to near by shops.
Love the Ko Olina area, especially this property that tends to have fewer families with smaller kids. Our family with young adult children used this as a relaxing home base for several golf outings and other attractions around the island. The condo was well equipped, clean, and very relaxing with an awesome ocean view. Would definitely stay here again?
We loved our stay at this property! Clean, beautiful views, great amenities. Communication with the owner was great and she was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The condo was great, BEAUTIFUL views and the staff was attentive and kind. The kitchen was fully stocked, I just wish we had more beach towels (we received one per person) and with us at the beach and/or pool multiple times per day it felt like we were washing/drying them all day everyday. The grounds are well kept, the kiddo loved the morning fish feeding.

We were there for a soccer tournament. It is a beautiful property and the location was great for us. The host was great to work with!
The premises was pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was great and nice views of the ocean. However, it could have been cleaner. There was dust on the furniture in the bedroom and the living room. Safe didn't work. There was a broken handle on the bureau in one of the bedrooms. No one tried to contact us after arrival to see if everything was OK.
