Great communication with host. Place was well stocked, including beach chairs and umbrella. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Would stay here again.

All in all, probably our best VRBO rental ever. Gemma provided a wealth of information prior to our trip which helped our travel planning greatly. The unit itself is very well apportioned, with good quality furnishings and appointments throughout. From the bedding to the kitchenware, all was top notch and in great condition. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo and resort! Not only is it immaculate, it has all of the amenities anyone could possibly want. We appreciated how conveniently located the condo is to all parts of the island and would definitely choose to stay here again! Gemma and Mike are terrific hosts with great communication and their place is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. You can’t go wrong picking their place for your visit to Kauai. I highly recommend it!

There wa some issue with the second toilet that they got their handy man to fix the next day. Otherwise the location and room are fantastic. Already look to book in the future!

condo was well stocked and is a beautiful property, beach was pretty but not good for playing in the water do to the rocky sore just beyond the shore break, host was responsive and accommodating.

Pool and beach view were the highlights of this property. Terrific location.

Loved the location. It was a short drive to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The beasch next to the resort was also cery clean and not a lot of people, giving us more privacy

Gemma and the entire team at the resort—including Mr. Kevin, the General Manager—ensured our stay was nothing short of five-star plus! This resort/private residence is hands down the best on the island. Absolutely stunning coastal frontage, top-tier amenities, and a phenomenal swimming pool. I mean seriously—who says they have trouble swimming from one end of the pool to the other? This thing is massive!We had an incredible time. There was truly something for everyone. And talk about location, location, location! Being on the east side, we were right in the heart of everything—which turned out to be a huge blessing for us.Thank you so much for the extra thought and care with the chairs and umbrella—they came in very handy, especially for our needs with accessibility. My wife and I stayed at this beautiful top floor condo the last week of April, and could not have been more pleased. There was no problem with parking our rental car due to the abundance of parking and no schlepping the bags up stairs since there is an elevator. The condo is wonderful, providing everything you could need instead of the bare essentials as we have encountered in some past rentals. If this place doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. From the fully stocked kitchen featuring high quality appliances to the nice living area furniture and the super comfy bed, this home really has it all. Did I mention the large soaking tub that's perfect after a day of swimming, hiking or whatever adventures you may have had? The location is perfect. Short drive to the airport and convenient to all Kauai has to offer. The immediate neighborhood has stores, restaurants and gear rental companies. I could probably go on until I had written a short book,but you get the idea. If you're looking for top notch digs for your Kauai vacation, the search ends here.

We had a wonderful time, the condo is located in Kapa’a, which is very central on the island. It made it easy to drive both north or south depending on what we wanted to do that day. The kids loved the pool with the water slides, the towel service was a nice added bonus. The condo itself was clean and organized, had a great cooking set up with sharp knives (such a rarity in a short term rental). I made my kid birthday cake and had everything I needed. Definitely recommend.

The condo and resort is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would definitely request staying there again in the future. Wonderful 7 night stay at Waipouli which is where we usually stay due to proximity close to family. As always the pool and slide are a family favorite. Our host was super responsive and the one bedroom is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay from beach supplies to cooking needs. Thank you so much!

It's a wonderful location in Kapaa, you can head up to Princeville or towards the Na Pali coast. Papayas is across the street which is great for groceries. Gemma is lovely and check-in was a breeze. We had to buy a few things but overall it was the perfect place for a paradise getaway.

This property is in a good, central location to beaches, restaurants, bike paths and hiking.It is a spacious condo with amazing amenities like a full kitchen, laundry, parking and pool access.The hosts are wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this space to stay.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Sleeping Giant (NouNou Mtn - Awesome hike!), comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The location was perfect—just minutes from stunning beaches (Hanalei Bay was STUNNING- our fav beach we've ever been to!), local restaurants (Keoki's Paradise, Kenji Burger, & Tiki Tacos are a must!), and incredible hiking spots (Waimea Canyon was jaw dropping and Hanakapiai Falls was an adventure to get to!).The property itself was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a true home away from home. Being steps away from the ocean and enjoying coffee and cocktails on the lanai was pure paradise. Gemma was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations.If you're looking for a peaceful, perfectly located, and unforgettable stay in Kauai, look no further. We can't wait to come back!

We love staying in Kauai, and we love staying at this property. It was super easy to check-in. The condo was clean and our kids really enjoyed using the pool. We'll definitely stay here again!

The place was great - very comfortable and clean ! The resort has a nice pool and lounging area - we did not use the outside BBQs but noticed they always being used by other guests. Very close to all the different beaches and local attractions - 30 min drive and you at where you need to be which was great. Being our first time to the island of Kauai it was a great first impression and will definitely return - overall great experience !

Condo and property was very clean. Central location. Owner arranged for AC fix within 2 hours of reporting it! Wonderful pool and lounger availability, only wish there was food/drink available for purchase during the daytime.

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is exactly as advertised, lots of amenities at the resort, close to shopping and grocery stores. Bed was pretty comfy too!

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this condo. Super clean, nice amenities close to everything. First place I would try to stay when visiting Kapaa. 100 percent as advertised. Our host Gemma was very accommodating and responsive. On site restaurant was wonderful. Pool was great.

We stayed at Gemma's property in Kapa'a during our Kauai vacation. Gemma was a fantastic host and the property worked amazingly well for our family's needs. Super clean property with great amenities. Property was well stocked. Check-in instructions were super detailed and this made checking in super easy when we arrived late in the evening. Gemma was super proactive in responding to our questions. Couldn't have asked for a better property and host. Highly encourage folks to check out this property for their Kauai trips.

We stayed for only a few days but we were excited to see how well the condo was maintained. It had higher end appliances and furniture and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was excellent. Had on issue with door code upon arrival but was able to speak with property owner immediately and it was resolved within minutes. We would definitely stay at this unit and property again without question!!!!!!!!

Amazing vacation rental! My family of 3 stayed here for 8 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The rental had a lot of space, great amenities, and the best pool! Gemma was great with communication and all check in/ check out instructions were very clear and made the process so easy. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Well appointed and equipped condo with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. We spent much time on lanai off bedroom during periods of rain as it stays dry. Amenities and grounds are very nice; we loved the Adults Only hot tubs and most guests followed the rules. Slides were fun for adults as well as children. Towel service was friendly. Access to the trail was super close and we walked, jogged or biked it about every day. Communication with Gemma was a pleasure. It was a wonderful stay.

We had stayed previously on the east side of Kaua’i and this was excellent. Clean and convenient rental and Gemma was responsive and detailed in her communication. Resort pool a little cold for me but my kiddo didn’t care!

The property was very clean and better than described! You’re in the “middle” of the island with easy access to the north shore, south shore, and main parts of town. We loved every second. The pool is fantastic and the sunsets in the balcony were perfect. Will be staying again if we can!

This place was AMAZING! Everything was walking distance, which was very convinient. My son loved swimming at the pool and taking walks to the beach.

We stayed at This condo for a month and it was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was bright and airy and well located for exploring the island from one end of the road to the other. The pool complex and the staff that ran it promoted a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property and the island of Kauia for your next vacation.

I'm so glad that we found Gemma's place. The location in Kapa'a was perfect. It was close to the airport and centrally located for most of our activities. Gemma's place was perfect: clean, well-decorated, high-end appliances, etc. We really appreciated the spacious refrigerator and washer/dryer.

It's a very nice condo, feels like newly renovated. The kitchen is big and with high quality appliances. We like how much space we have and the best is it comes with 2 bathrooms. It's also step away from the ocean and the pool area is so nice for kids. We loved it and had a very good time there. The owner of this condo also gave us extra help of finding another owner onsite to store our food the day we check out. Everyone is so very kind at this condo resort and I can't thank them enough.
