Property Overview
Enjoy spectacular 180-degree ocean views from this 3 bedroom, 3700 square foot luxury home in Keauhou Estates on the Big Island of Hawaii. The house has an open floor plan, marble floors throughout most of the main living spaces, and large rooms with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with cable television, and the separate entertainment area with baby grand piano. Sunsets from the pool deck are unforgettable.
The house has central air conditioning, cable TV and high-speed WiFi. The pool deck includes a swimming pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor seating area. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, comfortable seating area, cable TV, large walk-in closet (that includes a printer) and a large master bathroom with marble tile. The second bedroom includes two king-sized beds and an attached bath. The third bedroom includes two twin-sized beds and an attached bath. We have a kit that allows the two twin beds to be joined into one large bed if renters prefer that configuration.
We have made a number of upgrades. In 2026 we have fixed and/or replaced the safety gates around the property. In 2025 we retiled the front entry and the steps leading to it, and replaced the tiles in the shower for the third bathroom. In 2023 we put new tiles in the spa, replaced fixtures in the master bathroom and 2d bedroom, installed a new water heater and did finish carpentry work around the large television in the living room and elsewhere. In September 2022 we replaced the router and the wifi satellite stations to increase the speed and reliability of the wifi system. Since the beginning of 2020 we have put a new couch and chairs in the room where the piano is located, replaced the outdoor furniture, installed new double ovens, replaced carpets, installed new furniture in the master bedroom and replaced the pedestal sink in the entry bathroom. A new 75-inch television was installed in the living room in the beginning of 2022.
The kitchen sink and dishwasher also have been upgraded since 2019. The pool deck, pool and spa were rebuilt and refinished in 2016, and as noted above the spa was re-tiled in May 2023. The pool deck includes a BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor seating area.

We've stayed in this property twice now over the last few years and both visits were just an amazing time for our family from check-in arrival on day one all the way up to dragging our sad children out the door on departure morning. As others have stated, the pictures don't do the panoramic view justice for what you can expect to enjoy at any time of day. The house is spacious and has a very functional layout for extremely comfortable and laid back travel with friends and/or family. Everything was nice and clean, well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many feasts together with enough fridge/freezer space to accommodate even the most ambitious Costco trips. For any questions during our stay, the local contact (Ken) was prompt and super helpful! The pool is great and the outside covered sitting area was perfect for relaxing during the day or striking up a competitive card game in the evening! We've stayed in this neighborhood several times over the years and it's a great area to settle in for a week, but this house is my family's favorite and we're looking forward to our next stay!
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! Our family of 8, including two school-age granddaughters, were very comfortable and everyone loved the generous amenities. The owner has equipped the house with all you could possibly need in the bedroom spaces, bathrooms, spacious kitchen, lanai, BBQ, large pool and spa. Our granddaughters named the main bedroom bathroom ‘the luxurious bathroom’ because of the marble tile! We prepared most of our meals at home and we enjoyed walking the quiet and lovely neighborhood. The beach equipment and pool inflatables were very much appreciated by all. The varied program selection on the television was impressive and everyone found comfortable viewing spots in the living room each day. The sunsets were stunning from the expansive ocean view. We had a marvelous time here!
This home is in a quiet gated community. My husband and his golf buddies were there for almost a week. I overlapped with the guys for a couple days then my husband and I stayed an extra 5 days alone. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. There are plenty of linens and towels. Perfect for family golfers or couples vacations. Will rent again Thank you
The home is beautiful and spacious, we really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool with amazing sunsets. Communication with the owner was always great, prompt and on point. The house is located in a tranquil community, and located just 5 minute drive from grocery store and all the things you need (door dash delivers there as well if you want). If we were to return back to the Big Island, we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
This is our second stay at this house. We enjoy everything from the pool and spa to the amazing view. The house is in a very quiet location and you feel like you’re the only house on the block. We also really enjoy the coffee bar, there is coffee every which way you want it. The Beds are comfortable and the house is extremely clean. We definitely would stay again anytime.
