Spacious 4-bedroom house plus bunk room with WiFi and AC in charming Kailua-Kona

Stunning location, right on the water. We loved watching the changing tides and beautiful sunsets. The pool was perfect for lap swimmers and for some pool games since it is a good depth. The communication from the start was efficient and Marco, the local property manager, was excellent, personable and very helpful. The house was pretty close to the photos, with the exception of a few pieces of furniture. You have a nice breeze when all the doors are open, but at night, we could close it up to have AC for sleeping. The bunk room works well for young children, but not so much for large teens. The beach close by was very pretty and convenient. We also used the services of Chef Ash one night. She prepared a multi course meal, and everything was delicious and she was a delight. I would recommend the house for future travelers.

The host Marco was wonderful. Any question or need we had he was responsive and took care of things immediately. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The ocean front property and the sunset views from this home were amazing . We had our whole family together celebrating my husbands 70th birthday. It could not have been more perfect. The memories made will always be special to us.

Loved the pool

Our host was so amazing and accommodating, I cannot say enough about him. He made everything happen for us. The only problems we had were, the stove that did not work well and kept shutting off, the heavy doors that need to be replaced that allow access and views toward the pool and the beach, the air-conditioning had to be reset because it was entirely too hot at night. Everything else was spectacular, just as I imagine with the waves crashing on the rocks. I could not have enjoyed it more. Its proximity to town was also good for me because we could walk.

This house and location were perfect for our vacation with two families and our parents. Marco was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip.

Our multi generational family trip was a huge success. All the amenities we needed, great views and a stupendous property manager who was there to help all the way. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up, and it is a great location.We also had a bit of “bonus adventure” during our stay thanks to the Kona low storm- but, it just added to the experience—nothing says authentic Hawaii vacation like dramatic skies and warm rain. Marco was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed, including coconut Masada.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway—with or without a little tropical weather excitement!

Wonderful time at a great property!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool and exploring the tide pools behind the house every day. Snorkeling at the Keiki beach located a few steps down the road was a highlight for us. We had an incredible week and would recommend this house to anyone.

We had such a memorable stay at the Kailua-Kona home. Besides the fact that it was just as described and just as nice as the pictures posted, the ocean in your backyard, and the most amazing sunsets every night were the best part. Marcos, the property manager came the first day to introduce himself, and close enough to help us with any needs we may have had. The house was stocked with everything a family needs for a comfortable week’s stay. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, and pool were all well maintained. We are looking forward to our next stay on the island of Hawaii in the beautiful Kailua-Kona home.C

My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii! The cabinets were well supplied with things you would expect like dishes and other living essentials. They even had coffee that was specific to the area which was a nice touch.! The garage had an extra refrigerator along with water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach amenities.The beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family. We spent most of our at house time in the wonderful backyard with a cool swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs. All which made enjoying the spectacular backyard ocean view even more relaxing. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was near great restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of a kid friendly beach! Special thanks to Marco for coming by on day one to make sure everything was acceptable. And then for being quickly available to answer any questions about the house or what the island had to offer! This property was above and beyond our expectations.The beds and bed linens are fantastic and comfortable.The amenities such as the pool and bbq grill are phenomenal.The host Marco is great and very responsive if needed.Overall a great value for the nightly rate and the location is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great for teens with an easy walk to town, parks and beaches. Open floor plan was great for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the ocean view. Ample private space for the adults and the home was well stocked. Would stay again for certain.
