Wonderful time at a great property!
We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool and exploring the tide pools behind the house every day. Snorkeling at the Keiki beach located a few steps down the road was a highlight for us. We had an incredible week and would recommend this house to anyone.
We had such a memorable stay at the Kailua-Kona home. Besides the fact that it was just as described and just as nice as the pictures posted, the ocean in your backyard, and the most amazing sunsets every night were the best part. Marcos, the property manager came the first day to introduce himself, and close enough to help us with any needs we may have had. The house was stocked with everything a family needs for a comfortable week’s stay. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, and pool were all well maintained. We are looking forward to our next stay on the island of Hawaii in the beautiful Kailua-Kona home.C
My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii! The cabinets were well supplied with things you would expect like dishes and other living essentials. They even had coffee that was specific to the area which was a nice touch.! The garage had an extra refrigerator along with water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach amenities.The beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family. We spent most of our at house time in the wonderful backyard with a cool swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs. All which made enjoying the spectacular backyard ocean view even more relaxing. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was near great restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of a kid friendly beach! Special thanks to Marco for coming by on day one to make sure everything was acceptable. And then for being quickly available to answer any questions about the house or what the island had to offer! Thanks for making our special vacation even more special! Alan
This property was above and beyond our expectations.The beds and bed linens are fantastic and comfortable.The amenities such as the pool and bbq grill are phenomenal.The host Marco is great and very responsive if needed.Overall a great value for the nightly rate and the location is perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great for teens with an easy walk to town, parks and beaches. Open floor plan was great for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the ocean view. Ample private space for the adults and the home was well stocked. Would stay again for certain.
