Summary:
The Lele Penthouse is a spacious four bedroom two level condominium suite on a shared property with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. Two additional loft areas equipped with two queen beds in one space and a King or two twin option in the other provide comfortable accommodations as well.
The Space:
The Penthouse offers 5 full bathrooms, 4 that have walk-in showers and one with a bath tub/shower combo. The Lele Penthouse also features 2 half baths, a large living room area, a sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck surrounds the ocean facing side of the penthouse including a BBQ and dining lanai, and a secluded whale watching deck on the loft level. Three of the bedrooms each have a private entrance to the pool area in the back yard. The penthouse will sleep up to 16 guests.
Each bedroom has two beach towels and each bathroom has two bath towels, two hand towels and two face towels. One initial set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided in each bathroom. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room and grand dining room. Dine outside on the lanai with a gas grill or enjoy sunset cocktails from the third level ocean view lanai.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, pantry, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, blender, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry in the suite with a stackable washer and dryer. Each bedroom, and the living room, has its own air conditioning unit for complete temperature control.

Guest Access:
Lele Penthouse guests have access to the communal yoga studio, shared heated pool, gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach cooler.
The Neighborhood:
This villa is a tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. Shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, grocery stores, coffee shops, beach volleyball courts, tennis and skate-park are all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.
Other Things to Note:
Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.

Lele Penthouse was a great place to stay with ample space for our family of 12. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our girly girls would have liked more full length mirrors, but the extra bathrooms were much appreciated. It was conveniently located within walking distance of beaches and shopping. They provided everything you would need for a beach day including chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a cooler. Given the high exposure to water and sand, the flooring would benefit from an upgrade to luxury vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice kitchenware and everything you need for cooking. However, with the outdoor grilling area by the pool and four kids under four, we were a little nervous to use it. Some family friendly plates and cups would be helpful going forward.Management was very prompt replying to our questions and providing extra portable cribs and high chairs for our infants.We would definitely stay there in the future! Perfect spot for our large group! One minor thing I would suggest is new frying pans.
Everything about our stay was unbelievably good! We were family members, Mom in Suite, Son & Wife in 1st King, Granddaughter and great granddaughter (2 turned 3 yr old while in Hawaii) in 2nd King, Two grandson's 13 & 16 yrs old in Two Queens off the kitchen, Niece in King Loft(Great view of Sunset from this room) Son & Grandson in 2nd loft with two Queen beds....The kitchen was well supplied and we were all able to functioned comfortably. Dining area was plenty roomy for all along with outside table which was close by. Having two living areas with plenty of couches and sitting area was great along with bathrooms in each sleeping area and extra hall bathroom. We all enjoyed being together and never felt overcrowded. I would return to this property anytime I traveled with group. And it was all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
Nice unit in great location, very spacious, lots of bathrooms, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops; surfing school, etc. The unit is a bit aged with some minor issues that need taking care of. Property manager is responsive.
This Maui home was perfect for our group of 13. The property manager was quick to respond prior to our arrival and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was better than described, and the location was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this property to other large groups. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!
The location and size of the house was amazing
The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
This penthouse was perfect for our family of 14. Plenty of seating and beds for everyone. The pool is not huge but we mostly had it to ourselves so no one even complained about the size. It’s nice that you can leave bags down in the yoga studio until you’re ready to go to the airport. It’s also right by a few beach areas, perfect for watching the sunset and building sand castles. Right in the middle of town also, so it’s close to everything you need. Thank you! Shahaf, the property manager, texts back almost immediately and helped with the few things we needed. Well stocked place!
Immaculate, beautiful and spacious!
Perfect Maui getaway. Went for my Bach party with 10 of my best friends. Fabulous neighboorbood. Great safe location. Close to all the beaches and luxury restaurants.
Great place, a perfect destination for a family trip
We had a fantastic time. Group of 4 adults and 6 teenagers. The space is very flexible and allows to separate teens and adults and keep privacy when necessary Good facilities, several decks with view of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises. Highly recommended.
Needs a bigger washer/dryer
First time in Hawaii, came with family and friends: this house is just spectacular… great vibe, awesome location. Beds are comfortable, just great!
We had a great stay. Everything was clean and the location was wonderful. It would be nice to clarify that the house is very open and not soundproof. The upstairs "rooms" also have no doors and are completely open. The downstairs doors are louvered so you really can hear everything. Besides this, the house was nice and clean. The property managers are very nice and helpful.
We had a lovely time at the Lele Penthouse. A few inconveniences we encountered warrant your attention: -Poolside palisade's Bathroom window does not open... -Gas Grill igniter broken (manager tried unsuccessfully and gave us a lighter the next day) -Edison lights on patio missing 4-5 light bulbs... -Handle on the refrigerator popped off the first eve... - Air conditioning system not consistent- perhaps directions would be helpful - Stained carpet by dining room slider I wanted you to be aware of these things in preparation for your future guests.
