Poipu Beach House: Ocean View, Lush Garden, Beach!

Summary:

This is a 5500 square-foot, eight-bathroom, seven-bedroom residence that can accommodate a large multi generational family. This two-story residence merges 4 units all located within a luscious garden setting. A big group might benefit from the flexibility provided by many flats in the same structure. There are four fully equipped kitchens. The units are fully Air Conditioned. Beautifully designed and spotless. Professionally run.

The Space:

We're conveniently located in the heart of Poipu Beach. This is a resort area with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping located within a 1 mile radius. This is the drier part of the island. While the other parts of island may be raining and wet, Poipu Beach often remains sunny and dry.

Poipu Beach is consistently voted as one of the best beaches in the U.S and has sections for snorkeling, boogie boarding, beginner and intermediate surfing.

There is off-street parking, high speed Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Plus the use of laundry rooms with detergent and dryer sheets.

This home consists of 4 units in the same building. We can accommodate groups from 1 to 20 guests. We also have another 8 bedroom home on Oahu in case you want to do some island hopping. Please inquire for more details.

The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access is included for 11 people at a time. Please email us to setup access.

Unit 1 Oceanview: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top-floor unit in the front. It offers beautiful views of the ocean.

Unit 2 Aloha: It is right under Unit 1 Oceanview. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a sleeper couch.

Unit 3 Royal Palm: It is another 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit behind the Oceanview and Aloha units, facing our beautiful garden.

Unit 4 Beachcomber: This unit is a studio that sits at the back of the building. Perfect for elders, newlyweds, or teenagers in the group who want to have their own privacy.

In this unit, there are 3 full kitchens and 1 small kitchen, each with a refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a stove with an oven, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, and silverware.

It is best to rent a car. You can park in the parking spots available at the house.
