This property was a 10 out of 10. Location, size, cleanliness and staff was phenomenal. We had twelve of us spread out over the two houses and it was great. I don’t have a bad thing to say would highly recommend to large groups and small. Would definitely rent again

Stay was incredible & the house was impeccable - beautiful, modern appointment, comfy beds, dreamy deck with views, powerful AC, a private pool & hot tub, etc, etc, etc! To say the house was fully loaded was an understatement. My only comment was that the listing wasn't super clear that the house is a split level. (It states 2 floors, but sometimes there is a ground floor that doesn't require stairs). Stairs are unavoidable in this house, so renters with mobility challenges should be aware. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this amazing property. My comment is just a suggestion to edit the listing to be more clear.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is amazing. My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary by taking our three children and their families to Kauai. This house was perfect and the grounds are beautiful. I also want to say the Wailani Kauai management team is very professional and responds quickly. We had a hiccup with the tankless water heater going out and we didn’t have hot water one day. I contacted them and they had a maintenance person out immediately to correct the issue. Also, the ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator was not working . They tried fixing it but couldn’t , so they came out and brought up bags of ice. It was terrific having a management team that was so attentive. We had a glorious trip! I highly recommend this property !

From the moment we arrived until we departed, everything was perfect. The team at Wailani Kauai ensured that no detail was spared and every expectation exceeded. We have leased luxury homes before, but this experience was by far the best we’ve ever had. The home itself is immaculate. Well designed, comfortably furnished, impeccable taste and style. Even more impressive, the personal attention we received from the people at Wailani Kauai raised the bar to a whole new level. They accommodated every request, arranged a variety of activities, and even shipped back some Apple AirPods left behind. I give this stellar property, along with those entrusted to manage it, the highest recommendation possible. 5 stars all around. Bravo!!!
