Well located, clean older condo well suited for those who are looking for accommodation without breaking the bank.

Great location and great accommodation

We were not able to open or close the window in the bathroom. It was always partially open, and we could hear noise from the street. We couldn't watch TV at all; there were no instructions on how to make the ROKU work. There was only one bowl in the kitchen. There was nowhere to place dishes to dry after washing them. The side trim of the dresser was falling off.

Very clean, wonderful staff

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was super cute, clean and the location was perfect. The only thing we had trouble with was the parking garages. Not enough space to maneuver around and I feel the price was a bit high to park per night.

This place is small and a bit outdated but totally perfect for what we were looking for. Most importantly, it was clean. We only needed a place to sleep since we were out and about everyday. It is walking distance to most places in Waikiki. Also, the TV is a Roku smart TV so it has Netflix, Amazon, etc. The cable worked great but if you want to use your streaming accounts, the TV won't let you unless you first create a Roku account online (for free) and log in. Took me 2 days to figure this out. Then just reset the TV before check-out to clear your account info.

Nice appartment and balcony, but very small for two people.

Excellent location,convenient, the room was immaculent ! clean,in a secure building . You got all that you need for your stay, 24 hour grab and go located in the building,cleanest laundry room to do your laundry. Dream Team Staff is helpful, friendly,and courteous. For the cost conscious this place cannot be beat. Super clean room all be it small very comfortable. The cooktop, microwave and fridge help in not eating every meal out. The lanaui is narrow and long but affords room for a table and chairs to enjoy your meals while enjoying the city and mountain views. In our case as a working holiday we were able to set up out lap top and printer on it and work very comfortabally. As such the only complaint we have is the internet is slow and at times the rate of dial up. The tv cable is a kodi box that the internet could not keep up without buffering times. This is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Having said all this we would not hesitate to book the same room again in the future. As this is our 7 th trip to Waikiki it gives us a great option for the 8th.
