Reviews
Convienently located closely to beach, and waikiki shops/dining. My room was clean, and the bathroom and kitchen were both nice. Really appreciated the strong internet connection, it was enough to allow me to "work from home". Special shout out to on-site agent, named Theresa. Was always available if I had questions, or needed anything.
It was a great spot for everything. We were close to all that Waikiki has to offer and it had a parking garage in the basement that always had an available space for $25 for 24 hours. The price was excellent for all that you get.
I usually don’t post negative reviews but this was such a terrible experience that I can’t help but write one. Please be aware that even though you pay $25 a day to park there certain spots are designated for a different business there. Sometimes they block the spaces off with cones but other times they don’t. We parked there and were towed for $250. From the moment we walked in we were told about all the charges we’d have if we didn’t comply with the rules- stain the towels you get charged, check in early you get charged half a day, hang something off your balcony get charged $50, wash clothes at the laundromat past 6:45 they will take your clothes and not give them back, make sure your parking ticket is showing on the dash everyday because the tow truck comes 5-10 times a day. It was so off putting yet I was thankful to be told what not to do to avoid getting a charge. They never once told us that part of the lot was not meant to be parked in. Also, the room is very small but given the cost I understood that. Other things to know though are that the room is loud and if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be woken early. The other people that live on that floor are also very loud and slam their doors at night. The bathroom is tiny and there is no ledge to put your soap or shampoo so that goes on the wet floor. It’s close to the beach so that’s nice but you’ll only get two beach towels so may want to bring your own. Plus be sure not to get them dirty because if they can’t get a stain out you can be sure you’ll be paying for it. The elevators were also very scary. One was blocked off for repair during our stay and then when they opened it back up it was making loud grinding noises and bouncing and jerking us up and down. My kid was screaming first because he thought it was fun but then after a minute because he was scared. The hallways are dirty and dark and many people who live there have additional pad locks they attach outside their door so I’m sure the places get broken into. In short, I wouldn’t recommend to my frenemy, enemy or angry co-worker this place and would certainly not recommend to any other unsuspecting guest such as ty ourself.
