We had a second terrific stay at this beautiful property! The condo was clean and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach towels for our snorkeling outings. We really enjoyed the pools and watching the sunset from the property and the easy location for getting to our favorite activities and nice places to grab dinner. Our son loved the pickleball courts :) Thank you again for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and provided a relaxing home base for us to explore the island with our 10 year old. Close to great snorkeling, and an easy drive to cultural sites and kayaking. We were able to drive to Volcano National Park, black sand beach, and Hilo, as well as up to the north of the island and not feel rushed or stressed getting back.Grocery store and restaurants were in good proximity too. There are a fair amount of rules to read through and abide, but it made for a relaxing and quiet space to relax after adventuring.
As a first timer to not only the Big Island but also the state of Hawaii, we could not have asked for a better place to call our home base! The unit is exactly as described, very well equipped, spacious and located conveniently to roadways that provide access to different parts of the island! We were all so sad when it was time to go.
Enjoyed the property and the process
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes south of Kona proper. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was super convenient. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cookware, Tupperware, and cooking appliances. We made many of our meals and had everything we needed. The balcony is a beautiful spot to have coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The kids really enjoyed the grass area where they could run around and also loved the pools. Great spot and highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s in a nice community with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and ocean views! It was close to many of the things we wanted to do. The property itself was nice and clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying here.

Very well appointed unit in a lovely location with relaxing lanai view. Would certainly recommend and would return ourselves.
Such a great location, close to the beach and shopping. Very quiet and perfect for our family of 4. 3 pools to choose from, including one right along the beach! Would definitely stay here again.
The condo was great. Sure the furniture looks like it’s out of the 80’s but it’s comfortable. What we really loved was that the home was stocked. There was snorkel gear, chairs, and a nice kitchen with all the pots/pans/utensils you would need. The condo is really like a home away from home. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Overall from start to finish, this was a great experience. My family and I (3 year old and infant) had a great time. The property was stocked with plenty of beach amenities - chairs, toys, umbrella and towels. The condo property has 3 pools to use along with grills available at each of them for cooking out. Great location to head to the south end of the island and the Kona area. This property specifically overlooks the Kona Country Club and has a great grassy area for the kids to play ball in the morning or evening. 10/10 would stay here again!
Wish we were closer to the ocean or with an ocean view.
