The ground level living room is slightly smaller than the upstairs, with a kitchenette in the Guest bedroom open to the covered deck and connecting door to the Master Bedroom. Ground Level Master Bedroom: King size bed, queen size pull out couch and ensuite bathroom (Ocean view). Ground Level Guest Studio: Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (Ocean view), connected to the kitchenette and living room. The stairs are conveniently located on the outside of the house. The upstairs has a beautiful ocean view from the covered lanai, with sunsets view. Fully stocked kitchen, living room, outdoor dining, two bedrooms, and two and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1: King size bed with ensuite bathroom (Ocean view). Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (Mountain view). Upstairs Living Room has ceiling fan only (no AC).
