Everything was pictured and described as it was online. We had a late flight so when we arrived, we spotted a few cockroaches in the unit (Kona does have a tropical climate so it something to expect and be aware of) which did make us a little uncomfortable to sleep the rest of the night however we no longer spotted them the next day going forward for the rest of our trip. My partner and I stayed there for 6 nights and communication with the host was excellent. Every time we had a question or concern, we received a timely response and the matter was resolved quickly! There were issues with the upstairs unit making a lot of noises but that had nothing to do with the host, just something to keep in mind. There was also an instance where a car was parked in our spot during one of our days there but that was resolved quickly as well. We would recommend this unit as the host does a great job with making sure we are taken care of! The location is also great as it was nearby everything we wanted to do!

The room was clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed, the bed was comfortable, coin op washers and dryers were nearby. We needed to call to get an updated wifi password - the parking information that we were given was incorrect and caused a bit of a stir. When texted Knutson for help, answers were prompt. Quiet time beginning 8pm is expected.
