Resort style living in a beautifully maintained property with a lush tropical setting. It's an 8 minute walk to dining, shopping and limitless activities in Kona town.
Located across from Royal Kona Resorts and world famous Don The Beachcomber bar which is famous for epic sunsets & Mai Tai's!!
You really can't get a better location. Location, Location, Location! Walk into town in the morning for breakfast, and then at the end of the day, stroll back in for dinner along Ali'i drive. You have amazing access to all the amenities that Kona town has to offer.
Ideal for a remote work getaway, or just to take a break and relax! You have everything you need for either. This is my home base, and I work remotely throughout the year in various other locations. The condo is newly renovated and well maintained with a lot of TLC.
The is no ocean view from the condo, and it is located in the back of the building with a garden view. As a corner unit and oversized lanai, it is extremely private. Please note that you do hear some traffic from Kuakini Road during the daytime. You have a reserved parking spot in the garage which is directly under the unit. We strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle NO LARGER than a Jeep or small size Toyota Tacoma. Anything larger and it will be tight to fit into the reserved parking spot.
You have a reserved parking spot. The town shuttle stops in front of the condo, or you can walk to town which is 7-8 minutes down Ali'i. There is one flight of step to condo from the garage, or you can use the elevator. Whichever is more convenient for you.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Unit is a good size and has two full bathrooms. Parking within property saves a lot of time. Would stay there again on my next visit.
Has everything you need. One and a half flight of stairs to compact only parking spot.Bed very soft.
Great location, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, beach views, and things to do. We walked for breakfast and dinner. Short drive to Sea Turtle Beach, a snorkeling excursion and a tour of Greenwell Farms Coffee Tour. Condo had everything you need for a few days stay. Host communicated all of the details and instructions were easy to follow. It is fairly close to the road and you can hear traffic.
Spacious, tastefully decorated condo. Equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Good location for town. Would stay again.
We loved our stay near Kailua Village! The property was better than described and the location was perfect! We loved being able to walk down for drinks and dinner near Wai'aha beach, and stores were a short drive away for anything else we needed. It was a convenient location on the island to still be able to drive to the Volcanoes National Park, about 1.5hr drive, and snorkeling at Keauhou Bay was a very short 15 minute drive. It was the perfect size for us and the condo had everything we needed for our stay like shopping bags and towels, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! When we come back to the Big Island, we will absolutely try to stay here again!!
Jeremy’s condo, was amazing it everything you could need in your short stay, the bed was clean and comfortable, the balcony is big, spacious and private, the kitchen was spotless. It’s literally in the middle of Kona walking distance to all shops restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks
This property is very well managed. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to Kailua-Kona town. We have stayed here twice already. Very well equipped with amenities. Updated kitchen and nicely decorated. Property management is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
