The Kona Reef Vacation Complex. Although the complex is elevator equipped, this unit is on the ground floor and requires 5 steps down from the parking lot to access the unit. From your sliding glass door, it's only a few steps to the ocean. Resting or enjoying happy hour on your Lanai, you will be delighted with the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets painting the sky in a canvas of maroons, oranges, yellows, and reds, a beautiful way to end the day.
Main bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV's and A/C. The living room separate A/C, has a new Queen sofa sleeper. kitchen is fully stocked and in addition a washer/dryer. Snorkel gear, boogie boards, books, games ceiling fans indoors and out. Offering a conversion coffee table for a working station and converts into dinning for 4
Famous Honl's beach is only steps away from Kona Reef, perfect for boogie boarding, some surf, sunbathing and if the condition the water is calm, then swimming and snorkel is inviting. The pool is directly located oceanfront, with a hot tub BBQ area with grills, plus shower/toilets near pool. There are pickle-ball courts close by.

It's less than 20 minutes from the airport. When you arrive, you can leave your car in the parking lot, and walk to restaurants and entertainment. You will, however need a car to drive around to the other beaches that offer different volcanic terrain.
There is plenty of ( FREE) parking the outdoor parking, and plenty of underground parking available. You will be provided with a parking pass

We had a amazing time at this condo! Perfect location to everything. I loved being able to walk to the downtown district!
We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and had all the necessities. Air conditioning worked great. Easy to walk places and plenty of parking. We would absolutely stay there again.
The condo is right on the ocean and it is a perfect setting to just sit and watch the sea life. We watched humpback whales, dolphins and a school of dorados all from the condo patio. The condo is well appointed with everything you need for a beach holiday. Clean, and just a short walk to restaurants and Kona town. We would recommend this condo and hope to come back.
My husband and I left the cold weather of Kansas City to get warmed up. We definitely enjoyed the warm ocean breezes! The condo is directly on the water! At night you could hear the waves against the rocks. From our lanai we saw many whales! Ruby has binoculars to spot the whales. The condo has just about everything you need to make your Hawaiian trip memorable! She even had snorkeling gear for us to use. The bed and couch were very comfortable. To be honest I would have been perfectly happy to never leave the condo, the view was so amazing! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for my husband and I! 😊
