Kona Reef Resort is undergoing concrete structure and resurfacing repair during 2026. This work will occur during normal daytime hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), most public areas & pool will remain accessible. While this construction is ongoing, you may hear construction noise from &/or see maintenance equipment. Our Building (Building C) repairs are currently scheduled for April. Construction on the building requires the closure of the lanais. Therefore, rentals will be affected during this work. These dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather or other).

We had a wonderful stay at Kona Reef. The location is perfect, quiet but close enough to walk into town to all the great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed coffee with an ocean view each morning and were very comfortable in the space. The condo had everything we needed - beach towels, snorkel gear, chairs, games - couldn’t have asked for anything else to enjoy a week in paradise. Thank you!
We loved staying at Tessa's condo; this place was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained, fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. The ocean view was breathtaking. Honl's beach was right next door. And it was a short walk to lots of restaurants & coffee shops. It was great to have A/C in both the living room & bedroom. We hope to come back and stay here longer next time.
