The location of this property was excellent for us. Walking distance from grocery store, restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. The house was equipped with an outstanding supply of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, towels, etc..) which was so appreciated. The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed but lacked any herbs, spices, condiments or other things we typically find in VRBO properties. A/C units worked great, view from patio was great. The underground parking lot was a huge help as well. Would stay here again.

This is a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants, great snorkeling and shopping. Very close drive to grocery stores. The lanai was huge. The pool was very convenient and refreshing.
Condo is a perfect location to town. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, nice swimming pool, quiet. 6 of us were there for the Queen Liliuokalani canoe paddling races. Was epic!
Great location. Plenty of space for our family. AC worked great. I would recommend Boss frogs( short walk from condo) for rental of snorkeling and beach gear. They were very helpful in giving us local information, on where to visit.

We love this location that’s close to town. The check in and stay was super easy! The house was clean and had plenty of stuff for our stay. The only downside I would say is the living room AC didn’t blow strong and cold like the rest of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
This was a perfect spot, extremely clean.
Six person family, all adults, had a great time here. The condo is roomy, well equipped and comfortable. No way to beat the location! It's just behind a small merchant mall on the main tourist drag, Ali'i Bvld. Walk through the mall and there you are! Shopping, dining and drinking all around you. Not to mention important (and interesting) historical buildings.
The place was 5 stars in every way. Property management was very helpful and the check in process was fast and simple. The condo is so well equipped from beach towels, to extra blow up mattresses to even having Tupperware for leftovers. I have stayed in a number of beaches house over the years and none have been this well equipped. We will definitely be staying again.

Our location was perfect for walking to restaurants and viewing the ocean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The member of our family that slept on the couch said it was comfortable.
Walking distance to everywhere!
This property really is in the best location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, the Kona Pier. The property is so clean. There’s plenty of bedding and towels. There’s a washer and dryer which is super convenient. The listing pictures show a twin bed and trundle in one of the bedrooms. We were surprised to find a queen bed is now in this bedroom. We made it work anyway but would have planned differently had we known this ahead of time. You can see the ocean from the balcony. We loved watching the cruise ships dock. The communication with the property managers is easy. They answered any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you for providing a great space for us to adventure from.
Well equipped and clean condominium. Great location, with several restaurants within walking distance. Owner and manager were very quick with responses to questions. Would definitely stay here again!
