Pros: awesome location, walkable to Ali’i drive with shops, restaurant and beach. Place was clean, air condition, nicely furnished lanai, poolCons: pool was closed 2/3 of our stay due to construction, towels need replacing
Condo was in a perfect loacation. One block from oceanside shops, food and beautiful ocean views. Bed was confortable, air conditioners worked great. Closet was stocked with linens, sunscreen, beach chairs/blanket/snorkeling/water shoes. All came into great use! Easy entry, parking pass is in tbe condo, that was a challenge at first but propert manager was quick to respond. I read reviews about the ant like bugs. Yes, tvey are there but we didn't cook or prepare food, we kept items in fridge, table and top of fridge, so they didnt bother us. Great place for 2 people and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

The location in Kailua-Kona couldn’t be any more central, it was great! The accommodation itself was incredibly reasonable priced, clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, included parking, and included bonuses such as beach chairs and boogie boards.

This is an older property but is fairly well maintained. Very limited amenities, including no shade whatsoever by the pool, but the unit is very nice. It also could use some updates, but it’s well furnished, and the lanai is large and comfortable. The unexpected find was the lovely BBQ deck, perfect for sunsets and cocktails with ocean breezes. Really my only major gripe is the near constant and intimidating communication from the property manager, beginning well before our stay. We were barraged with threats of fees and fines, to the point that I was scared to unlock the door five minutes early and sat in my hot car waiting for the strike of 4:00. And super stingy too, letting us know we only get “starter” toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. If every guest buys a box of their own trash bags, where do they all go?
Clean but a little worn out looking. The work being done in the basement parking area was concerning - is the structure safe? An explanation would have alleviated some worrying. The noise level from repair work during the day often prevented us from enjoying the lanai. When we could, we did enjoy sitting on the lanai and on the 4th floor deck. The main pluses are being able to have parking (very limited otherwise) and walking to restaurants.

The balcony doesn't have a water view, but it is roomy with a nice breeze. It was the default location for morning coffee. The photos and description were perfect other than the sofa has been updated. We were there for appr. 4 weeks and everything was great. We really enjoyed relaxing out on the deck late in the day and the view across to the church. We used the bbq's on the upper deck a few times and that was nice. This isn't a 5 star condo (and your not paying for one) so if you set your expectations realistically you'll be happy with your stay here. Having parking was an added bonus and touring around the island was the highlight of our stay. On the days we stayed in Kona it was very nice to be able to walk everywhere.

We missed our 50th anniversary due to COVID so we’re making up for it. We were here 10 years ago; and now we have circumnavigate the Island 🏝️. This place is a very short walk to the Kona Inn Plaza.
