Amazing location. Walk to everything! Enjoy watching to ocean from the roomy balcony.
The place was spotless and well decorated. The view of the bay from the lanai was great! The only drawbacks: beds were a little firm for our tastes, and one bedroom had no AC vent. We remedied this by putting a box fan in the hallway to push AC cooled air in at night. It worked, but we sacrificed a bit of privacy.We had a wonderful stay, and probably will book this place again.
Very convenient location and great view. A few extra touches would have made this amazing, like a stepstool for little kids to use in the bathroom, or a folding bathtub. The beds were on the firm side, and one was full size not queen, but it worked fine for us. Awesome kitchen setup and laundry and dishwasher were a big help.
The room amenities were fine. The soap for the shower was not stocked well enough though.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo is great with the best view. Watch the sunset every evening. The inside of the condo is great. It's pretty modern and have 2 great mini splits to keep me cool. Walls and stuff are pretty good so you done really hear your neighbors above or below. I felt extremely comfortable here. Excellent access to Ali'i Dr. Perfect walking distance to beaches, food and shops. There's an ABC store right across the street that stay open pretty late. Convenient. Cannot wait to stay here again
Just perfectly located downtown Kailua Kona. The condo and the kitchen were well equiped.
This place is great. Updated, well maintained and well equipped. Amazing location, just a short walk to the King Kam. Secure underground parking was nice too. There is an elevator so you don't have to carry your stuff up the stairs. We would definitely rent this unit again.
