Easy access to down town Kona reasonable price
Great spot in a great location! Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Place was stocked with household essentials. Parking was easy and convenient. This place is in the center of Kona village - you can walk to everything!
We did not park underground as garage was deplorable
This was a great place. Very clean. The pool was nice, and the property was walking distance to a lot of places; beach, restaurants, shops etc. host responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!
Great location, well appointed, use of a pool and parking included. The unit had all the creature comforts of home including coolers, umbrella & beach toys. We were very comfortable during our month long stay.

Great location and the unit itself was very clean
Good location for walking around in the village. However there are so many warnings about 100 fines we often felt we could get fined for something we didn’t understand. Not sure we would stay again because of the negative attitude towards guests.

Room was terrific. 1 bedroom and full living room and kitchen. Parking and security good as well. Was there for State Sr. softball tournament and also made good use of washer dryer in the unit. The AC was pur favorite part especially since Kona can be especially hot. The only small downside out of our whole experience is that the floors were very dirty. We are a local family who always takes our shoes off before entering a home. So having to wear our shoes in the living space was very odd for us. Overall it was just the right size for us and we would stay here again for our little island hop vacations.
