Kona Plaza#210 REMODELED BEAUTY 1/1 IN HEART OF KONA TOWN! AC & Elevators!

Yes, the host was welcoming, and the condo was well appointed and comfortable. They were generous with the welcome gifts candy, nuts, etc., and I especially liked the bath towels they provided. The location, a fairly short walk to the pier and close to a lot of restaurants and shops, was excellent. For the price, this was a really good find. I would give the place a 5-star rating except for two things: (1) the wall air conditioners didn't seem to work very well. Even set at 60 degrees F, they did not cool down the place enough for me in the afternoons (I prefer cooler to warmer inside). (2) The other thing was that the day I arrived, I was notified that the pool would be closed for maintenance starting in about 6 days from my arrival. I would have appreciated and preferred more notice about that.

Clean, quiet, convenient location.

The property is right in the heart of downtown Kona and surrounded by shops & restaurants, the beach and much more! The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We will definitely stay here again during our next Kona trip!

Great location, within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. Unit is nicely appointed and welcome gifts were thoughtful and appreciated. Plenty of beach equipment and gear, even a wagon and ice chest. Area is quiet and bed is comfortable.

Loved the location to restaurants and walking about down town. Complex is in need of some updating. Parking garage is a bit scary. Our unit was sufficient for our needs but could use a bit of updating as it is a bit worn looking.

Kona Plaza was a great place to stay, location was perfect, parking was easy, the condo was well equipped and perfect for our needs. I would recommend this property!!!

Place is small (bedroom and kitchen), but has a great location.

This is the perfect place to stay to attend/compete in the Ironman. This unit was solid, had everything we needed, but could have used a little bit of additional care. It was not dirty or in bad shape but it just felt old and had some areas that could have been better (like a closet door with a paint stain on it). We have seen other units in the same complex that just gave a lighter, newer, cleaner overall feel. Again, we didn't have any issues with staying there and you cannot beat the location and convenience, and it has plenty of space.

It's close to all the shops and restaurants, but is quiet and safe. The management company is communicative and professional, and we knew that any question we had would be handled efficiently. We couldn't believe that Natalie kindly met us upon arrival to go over everything with us. The condo was comfortable and had ample supplies. Plus, the snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, rolling cooler, beach towels, fully-stocked kitchen, and more made packing a breeze and enjoyment of activities a bonus! We loved this place and will be back. Mahalo!

stay good place good ugh

We overall loved this property, it included lots of extras like boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. It was clean and nice. The cons - the air conditioning didnt work very well and didnt cool off the whole place. Also the bed wasnt the most comfortable. But we would book again.

The toys on the lanai certainly came I. Handy espically the beach wagon. The only issue we had was at the airport. Our flight came in around 11pm, and there was absolutely no service available to our unit. No cabs, no Uber,nothing. Thank goodness a service person from the airport offered to drive us. Kona needs to improve that service for tourists.

Quiet, wonderful bed, close to all activities,

My condo had everything we needed. We felt like we were at home. They provided everything we needed for our week stay. Alot of extras on the back porch for the beach so we didnt need to pay to rent anything. Very nice, clean, and we would love to come back.
