Kitchen is perfect, so appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Loved that we could walk to everything. Enjoyed ocean view from the lanai. The 4th floor roof top deck was amazing as well. We will be back !!! Thank you, thank you!!!
Centrally located in the heart of Kona. Great walking distances to coffee shops/restaurants. The primus key helps(with all doors to get into complex) from Alii drive without having to walk all the way around the complex. The kitchen is great to have if you’re going to cook. If we had binoculars we would be able to see the fire dancers at the luau across the bay from the lanai. I would love to stay here again when we come back to Hawai’i Island.
Excellent location. Only complaints were with the frying pans and broken fridge shelf, small issues. Everything else was greaat.
Great location. Loved having my coffee on the lanai every morning. Communication from the property manager was a little much for my taste, but I suppose that’s better than too little communication. This is a great place to stay if you’d rather not rent a car. Occasional uber rides were very affordable (at least when I was there). There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. I stayed here for a wedding, so I had family members who could give me a ride to further out locations such as the national park
I really enjoyed the Rooms and the short walk to the beach and the places to eat. Excellent I would stay there again.

Stayed 6 nights, we have stayed at this location in the past and like the convenience if wanting to stay in Kona. The mattress was too firm and pillows flat and need to be replaced. The window in the bedroom needs blackout shades because the light from the outdoor corridor makes the room lit all night. As for the hide-a-bed it looks old and can’t imagine anyone would sleep well on it. The beach chairs are super uncomfortable so found the beach towels best for a day on the beach and would be helpful if they added a small cooler for the beach. Positives: clean, location, excellent lanai, good kitchen, the chairs in the living room are recliners and comfortable, easy check in and great parking for the area. Good coffee and smoothies on the first level, two great locations you can choose from.

It turns on and off intermittently throughout the day and night and it wakes us up. The staff are very helpful. They provided us brand new cooler that we used for fishing.They have beach umbrella and beach chairs that we used. The staff responded to us in a timely manner if we have questions or if we need something. Thanks to the owner and the staff. We had a wonderful time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Unit was well stocked and clean. Building, however, is in need of repairs. The underground parking is under construction and hard to maneuver in (we had a compact car and it was tight). It was also very dark and unsecured making it not feel overly safe.

Nice 1-bedroom condo with partial view of Kona Pier. The location is downtown Kona and we found that helpful as we were there to swim for training. You will need to buy everything to cook including oil or Pam. Simply salt and pepper available.

Charming little condo that has everything you need for a great stay. There were even personalized Hawaii coasters when we arrived as a welcoming gift. King sized bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and deck. You can see a sliver of the ocean on the deck, not the full view but still very nice. Would definitely recommend!
I had a wonderful time at this place. It was spacious and clean, and the view was good from the balcony. The location was convenient, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Kailua-Kona.
