Property Overview
In the heart of Kailua Kona, Kona Pacific E632 is truly a jewel. This home was lovingly decorated, and no detail was left out. You will not want to miss spending time on the lanai, taking in the ocean views.
The large kitchen is fully stocked so that you may cook up your favorite island cuisine. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom. Unwind in the living room after a long day of adventures. The couch pulls out to a bed. Head to the bedroom to rest on the queen size bed. Lounge on the lanai or enjoy a meal at the table while you watch the sunset.
Explore all Kailua Kona has to offer just a block away. Quaint shops and eateries are conveniently located near the condo. Stroll along the iconic Ali’I Drive and watch the surf. Head to the pier to take a boat tour or to the hotel for a luau. You won’t have to go far to find fun and adventure!
Please note: This home is ADA compliant. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not child proof. This home doesn’t have central air conditioning. The master bedroom and living room have wall air conditioner units.

Be advised this may change due to inclement weather. When painting occurs, your lanai will need to be completely cleared of all personal items.
***The pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for the re-plastering of the pool and for pool deck repairs that are needed after the earthquakes last year. The BBQ grills, restroom and cabana will remain accessible. We do understand this is during Ironman, however, we could not secure a contractor for any other time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.***

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing's photographs. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. Location near the town made it very easy to shop and dine. We're definitely return here on our next trip to Hawaii.
Pros:Location was an easy walk to restaurants and shops.Parking was convenient.The elevator made getting our multiple heavy bags up to the apartment easy.The air conditioner worked great.The bed was very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed.Cons:We can't think of any.Overall, it felt like a home-away-from-home and we had a wonderful stay!
My stay was pleasant. There was a bit of an ant problem, but we got it settled. Comfortable bed and cozy environment to call home while staying in Kona. Only a few minutes to happy hour and restaurants.
The bed, pillows and shower were great. The condo was beautifully appointed. The lanai was awesome with the lounge chairs and table. It was a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. The location was great, easy access to lots of restaurants. Even attended the luau across the street. Lots of beach accessories that came in handy for going to the beach. Great snorkeling nearby. Awesome location for exploring the rest of the island. Because it is a management co instead of direct access to individual owner, response time and action is a little slower or doesn't happen. But the screen door off its rail didn't distract from our week stay. No one followed up after our initial first day phone call. We just left the screen open and used the glass door. A minor detail for an otherwise awesome week!
This condo was just what we needed. Clean and well stocked and maintained. Just a short walk to the ocean, shopping, and dining. Perfect for a couple or even two couples. Two bathrooms and a pull out sofa. Nice balcony with an amazing view of the sunset.

Unbelievably lovely apartment! Super clean and just SO many bits and pieces for your use! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkeling gear for kids and adults, handy bags and backpacks, all the kitchen facilities/tools you could want, even a coffee grinder for that beautiful Kona coffee! Abundant!
The property was just as advertised, the kitchen was fully stocked and easily within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The lanai is extra big which is perfect for sunsets.
Property is clean and spacious in a convenient location. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Will stay here again.
This condo was perfect to stay near downtown Kona and get a bit of work done. The property was clean, instructions were clear on accessing and departure, and the WiFi and other amenities were great. Wouldn’t ask for anything else!
Great. Two things I wished for but could not make happen. Hot tub and to hear the waves at night
Had a wonderful time enjoying this accommodation for a ten day stay. Close enough to walk to many places and helpful to have assigned parking for the unit so we could have a rental car to do day trips
So very clean and accessible from town.
