The place was clean and very well kept upon our arrival.Communication was great and instructions were very easy to follow.The photos on the website are exactly how the condo is on the inside.We were happy that restaurants and shopping were walking distance.We highly recommend this condo to everyone!We will be back soon!
Great location in the middle of everything with an amazing view. Loud at times, but that is because it is steps to bars and restaurants. Perfect for a couple and includes outdoor supplies like beach chairs and even a cooler. Comes with parking and a secure building.
A gem! Location is incredibly convenient, right in the middle of the shops / restaurants in downtown Kona. The host made the check in & check out process seamless with text updates and easy to follow directions for parking and getting into the home. The house itself was clean and cozy with an incredible unobstructed view of the ocean from the patio where we often saw dolphins jumping and playing. Having a washer and dryer, plus 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus as well. The price we paid for the week was a steal considering the location and home itself. I would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Cannot beat ocean front view! Location within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Remodeled kitchen and main bathroom were wonderful. Suggest replacing sliding glass doors with double pan vinyl to reduce noise. Blinds on sliders in bad shape and need replacing. Window in bedroom does not work and also needs to be replaced to reduce noise. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much.
UNIT DESPERATLY NEEDS: regular water glasses (there were NONE), Kleenex is a simple courtesy, large living area with two couches-needs a second coffee table, a couple extra pillows and a blanket would be nice, placemats and a couple extra dish towels. These are simple fixes - never stayed in a unit that doesn't have water glasses or Kleenex!
This nicely updated, very clean, generally well priced condo is in an old apartment building located on a very popular road in the heart of visitor Kona. The major pluses for this condo are the walking access to many popular restaurants, bars and shops and the gorgeous ocean view from the lanai. The open space kitchen/dining table/TV room is well furnished and comfortable. The main bathroom is elegant, the 2nd is functional. The parking is included and uncovered, but in a secure parking space a few feet from the condo. The pool area is nicely landscaped with ample loungers and an outdoor grill. The main compromising factor is the traffic noise from the road on the lanai side of the condo. Evenings, particularly on the weekend we visited, were loud late into the night. From Monday through Thursday AM it was noticeably quieter. Of note, the bars and restaurants are under guidelines to quiet down by 10pm so the noise is pretty much just from "cruising" road vehicles and revved up motorbikes. Finally the management group is very professional, accessible and helpful. We appreciated them very much. We would stay here again as the pricing was very competitive for the size and view, but the noise is a notable factor.

Perfect spot for a week in kona
The property was clean and well stocked with necessary dishes, pots/pans, towels, linens, etc. We liked having the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was amazing!! Also, it is located near excellent restaurants and stores.
Very enjoyable stay, right in the middle of town. We walked to restaurants, shops, and the pier/beach. It was fun sitting on the lanai watching the dolphins and boats, as well as all of the people walking by below. Comfortable home. Had all we needed.
This condo had everything we needed. A gourmet kitchen, great patio to enjoy our breakfast and drinks at sunset. The property is in a nice central location making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Best part was the view of the bay and the oceans waves.
Wonderful spot; would have preferred a human property manager on site.
