We would love to welcome you to our Kauhale, our home on the Big Island; a place of wonder, diversity, friendship and beauty. Located just a few minutes walking to Honl's beach or the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove, Kona Pacific is perfectly located at the heart of Kailua-Kona. The Kona Pacific complex is one of Kona's premier properties. Kona Pacific is located within easy walking distance to the picturesque historic village of Kailua-Kona. Watch the sunset on the sand at Huggo's, paddleboard on Kailua Bay, rent a moped and explore the beaches on Ali'i Drive or just catch some sun by the pool.
Come and explore this very special place from the comfort of this newly remodeled unit. There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms, full size front loading washer and dryer, large 260 square feet- Lanai with fans and views of the ocean, AC and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool as you enjoy the nature and beauty around you. There is secure designated underground parking (for a midsize or compact car only) and an elevator for easy access to the unit. You don't have to lug your suitcases up the stairs! For your convenience there is keyless entry so you don't have to worry about losing your key!
Unit D524 is beautifully decorated and finished with natural tile, granite countertops and local hardwoods. The kitchen is complete with a glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and a toaster. In the living room, relax and enjoy Cable TV from the wall mounted flat screen TV or watch a movie on the DVD player. You also have the option of the AM/FM radio sound system or connect your iPod to enjoy your own music. Cable TV and flat screen TVs are also provided in both bedrooms. There is a phone with free long distance to US and Canada and of course Wi-Fi!
Feel pampered! In the primary bedroom, you will find a comfortable Queen bed and bath with a large walk in glass and tile shower. In the second bedroom there are two Queen beds, a large bathroom with a soaking tub, two full dressers and a large closet with full length mirrors. There is a third full bathroom by the kitchen. This is the unit you have always dreamed of, and with nearly 1,200 sq ft of space you can spread out and make it your home.

Roomy 2bedroom unit with well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to downtown. Excellent! Should inform renters parking space is suited for compact car. We had mid size and struggled
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We really loved the kitchen and outside patio. Also the it had three beds and three bathrooms. The condo was updated on everything. It was a fantastic place to stay for our family vacation.
Lovely place in great area
We stayed for 5 nights and explored the area. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the beach just a couple of blocks away. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed with a well supplied kitchen, beach chairs and toys as well as a beautiful lanai to relax on. We were amazed by how quiet the condo was. We appreciated the available parking. Great spot to say in Kona.
Very nice resort in a great location. Super handy to Ali'i Drive and the shops and restaurants. Facility was clean and quiet, maybe not the best for families with younger kids, as it is very calm, but awesome for couples and those looking for relaxation and the convenience of walking to the evening activities.
Absolutely beautiful place with more amenities than we have at home! Would easily stay here again!

Perfect for your family. Three bathrooms and two bedrooms with a fold out couch was very comfortable for the five of us. This was my third time staying at this unit and would recommend to anyone with a family.

Condo is clean and comfortable. Having A/C in each room is such a bonus. I would stay here again.
We generally enjoyed our time at this place. The unit was well-maintained, though, there were a few cleanliness issues here and there, but nothing unmanageable. We found the parking space to be very tight. In fact, we weren't able to pull into the spot, and it could only be backed into with about an inch of clearance on the drivers-side mirror. Unfortunately, the building's water was shut off on the last morning of our stay, so this made it hard to shower and otherwise prepare for the long journey home from the islands.
great location, walking distance to everything you'd want to see and do in the town core. lots of room for 4 adults, any issues were addressed to our satisfaction, we'd come back and stay here. great pool and BBQ area too.
Well-equipped, very clean 2 bdrm/3bath condo. Spacious unit and lovely lanai. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers provided. Great location just beyond south edge of Kona; 5 minute walk to great restaurants and bars; very quiet. Beautiful pool area with plenty of chaises and umbrellas. Would definitely stay again.
The Condo was clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. Beach towels were also provided along with a well stalked cupboard with beach chairs and other beach items. Climate control was great- mini split air condition was quiet and efficient. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook when the weather was challenging outside. The Lanai was roomy and comfortable with ample comfy seating. Parking was adequate for our two rentals-an intermediate SUV and a mustang convertible. We didn’t have any problems maneuvering in and out of the space, just take it slow. It was nice to have a parking garage to protect from the elements. Location is great for walking to and from town. Very close to town area. There is also a close pickup and drop off point for the Kona Trolley. Our only concern was inside noise as there are no area rugs on the vinyl flooring throughout the living and bedroom areas, if you have toddlers with naps you may need to bring significant white noise. We had a great family vacation!
We just stayed in this unit for the past week and had a great time!! This unit has space which is fantastic, since we have 3 sons. The lanai is also huge! The unit was SUPER clean when we arrived and we were so happy to see the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to make your meals! We were VERY thrilled to see the closet had a full beach set up with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! Made all our beach days turn key. ONLY disappointment is the extremely narrow parking spot. We are a family of 5, so we need a decent size vehicle and it barely squeezed into the spaces. I mean barely. Every time we moved the car in and out was a bit stressful, and they really don't have street parking. Most of the area around the unit says No Parking. Aside from the parking, the place was great! Prime location to great restaurants/ bars/ beaches. Lots going on, just down the street! No hot tub which would have been nice since the pool was very "refreshing". Overall, great place to stay!
