Kona Pacific A202 - Oceanview Kona Condo | Walk to Town & Ironman

The view of the ocean is nice. The interior is very outdated. We cleaned a lot as it wasn't very clean in the kitchen. Easy access available from the garage parking area to the elevator which was convenient. No shampoo and conditioner supplied or body wash. Be sure to bring your own. Only two dishwasher tabs for a two week stay, seems a bit unrealistic. We ended up purchasing more and leaving them there for the next guests. Two clothes wash tabs and yet they ask you to do a couple loads of laundry for them if you have the chance. Again, we purchased some and dryer sheets. We used all the washing machine detergent and took the excess dryer sheets home with us. We did do most of the towels prior to leaving. All and all it was comfortable enough for our stay. Very quiet which was also very nice.

Nice & well maintained condo with lots of space & beautiful view from the lanai! Lots of towels, pillows & sheets with the sofa bed in the master bedroom that my granddaughter used to sleep on. Good location where we just walk on Ali'i drive instead of driving. The perk of having 2 parking stalls that my son can park there when he comes to visit.

We love how close this to town. Very comfortable!

The location was great.

The view is perfect. The lanai is huge and just the place to watch the sunset. The condo is well stocked and made it easy to relax and not have to make a mad rush to the grocery store. The pool and grills are well maintained. The complex is very quiet. Great location to walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view (except power lines). The outrigger race went by. Great walking location to town. Great bed in master. Not so great, lumpy couch. Could use some instructions with tv, or maybe it's just island Spectrum. Nice deck. Corner unit does have a lot of street noise. AC units need cleaning. We cleaned the master filter. Didn't use others.

Although a little dated the unit was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to town and all the amenities. The property manager was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this unit.

It was nice would come back

This property was one of the best properties I have stayed at ever in Hawaii. It had everything and it handled all of our needs. Plus a beautiful lanai and ocean views. It was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona. Safe, clean, & good price for partial views. Close walk to main drag with shops & restaurants and a few smaller beaches. Not swimming beaches but beautiful! Only complaint was outlets don’t work in the bathrooms & 2 masks leaked. Lovely time & not to far from many must-see beaches & places on Big Island.

Large balcony was great. It looked out to pool and the sea. Plenty of space.

The view from the room was great. It overlooks the ocean and pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a closet full of stuff for a fun day at the beach. I would recommend staying here.

The condo was great! We had a beautiful view, easy walk to town shops. The property was quiet and so clean, no cockroaches. Management was super quick to respond to all my questions. I would absolutely stay again!

Well, the property was a little less than our standard accommodations in the mainland of the US. I was very surprised not to have central air conditioning and to have small air conditioning units in every room for that to be said it was a very adequate property. I guess we are not there just for the room. The home was located very close to down And the views were OK mostly obstructed but OK. The property maintenance was OK at best the pool condition had algae growing and grass growing out of the tiles. All I can say is Adequate At best. Again, we weren’t there for the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The TV service is OK but location and property essentially located very good thank you again. We enjoyed our trip.

We had a great stay in this condominium. It had a great location and view and very comfortable to live in and stay. A short walk to downtown for restaurants,beach and shopping. We enjoyed eating and spending time on the lanai!

The condo was clean and comfortable for everyone in our group. Lots of privacy with 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to Kona, beaches and Mai Tai’s. Would definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything that we needed for our week stay! We walked to the Luau at the Royal Kona Resort and to downtown Kona multiple times for shopping and eating.

Very comfortable. Minor problems: could not operate DVD player; night stand lamp in small bedroom did not work.
