“Great location in town close to beaches, town and ocean 2 min walk”

Parking was easy and free. The studio condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean. We appreciated the ice, chest, boogie boards, and bags that were left there for our use. Fantastic walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Toni is extremely responsive. She has thought of everything, even sun screen! The room is small but plenty of room for 2 people. Love the proximity to the HeleOn bus, downtown, grocery stores, etc. Stayed one month (April 2026) and didn't need or rent a car. The condo complex is very quiet and other occupants are friendly.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including instruction booklets for the appliances.Toni was very responsive to our questions.The location is excellent, with many things within walking distance: kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, outrigger canoeing, and shopping.I definitely hope to return!

Great location in relation to restaurants and grocery shopping needs. The lanai was a nice place to have morning coffee and hear the ocean waves. I would stay here again.

The check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was clean. Plenty of cook ware. Close to the water, restaurants, live music. If you need something, Safeway and Walmart 4 blocks away. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming to port from our lanai. The AC worked well. The host always responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time. Nate

This unit had everything - 2 burner stovetop, toaster, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, etc. Beach towels and camp chairs. The AC was good too. Great view from lanai and EASY walk into town to Ali'i drive. GREAT benefit there was visitor parking. Pool clean and cared for.

Everything was great! We had a partial view of the ocean, everything was provided up to even some food and toiletries. We were very comfortable. Would 100% stay here again!

This unit is very small no bathroom door washer dryers in the basement. We did have a problem. With the water being shut off the day before we were leaving we were trying to get ready for a luau and had no water for about four hours which made getting ready a pain in the ass call the owner. They said they were replacing the main valve to the whole complex

I stayed here for 10 days. Cute, comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of great restaurants closeby. Krua Thai and Herbivores were my favorites. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for me. It was excellently located within walking distance of the town. It was extremely well equipped. It was very quiet. I had a car and was able to park it in the lot the entire time. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is especially great for a single person.

The place was clean, well stocked with the things you need. Excellent location in the heart of Kona, walking distance to everything you need! Nice view! I was very happy with my stay!Would recommend.

The property is a little older, which for us, was fine. The pool /hot tub was amazing to relax in after a day of hiking or walking around downtown. Without there being a dishwasher, you kind of need to check the dishes before you use them. Overall, our stay was great and the bed is super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We feel like home !!!

Although a tad small we managed quite well and didn't need to put the bed away any night. The condo was well fitted out with plenty of nice ttowels
