A beautiful element of this unit is the open concept between the Living Area/Bedroom. High End Doors Slide closing off the bedroom from Living Room for Privacy or can be opened fully to allow a more expansive space. The Sofa is a sleeper, and sleeps 2 additional people!

There is no Washer/Dryer inside the unit, but this amenity is available at the Development, on the 1st Floor for Coin Operated Laundry Use.
Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time.

We stayed for the Ironman World Championships and it was in the pefect location. Close to all the bars, beach and pier for swim practice. The place was spacious enough for 5 of us including 2 young kids. We never used pool as it was a bit deep for the kids. Plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. No kettle though so we had to boil water in a pan.
We enjoyed being close to all the restaurants and shops - spent a lot of our time going on walks and quick outings. Beautiful view off of the back deck! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because we spent so much of our time in the ocean!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at this Village condo. It has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and pier and beautiful sunsets. It has 2 bedrooms and then our son slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, even a cheese grater. I was also thankful that they had spices to use. When on vacation and you just need a little bit of basil you don't want to have to buy a whole thing of all the spices. It was very close to the pier and some pop up markets, and some restaurants. The property management made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we ever returned.
