This light and bright ground floor unit has beautiful ocean views. The recently updated decor has a mid-century modern vibe with vintage Hawaiian accents. One of the larger units, this condo has over 1000 square feet of living space, large master bedroom with a new king sized bed, queen sized pull out sofa, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and two lanais. Enjoy your morning Kona coffee, a cool afternoon siesta or an evening sunset on the large lanai with an ocean view right outside your living room door. There is a secluded, intimate lanai off of the master bedroom perfect for reading or sunning.
Maui Kamaole is on over 23 acres of lush tropical gardens bordering Wailea and across from Keawakapu and Kamaole III Beach Park. Most recognize this low rise complex to be the most beautiful property in Kihei. Enjoy two swimming pools with waterfalls and hot tub/jacuzzis, tennis courts and barbecues throughout the property. There is an activities desk on the premises. Reserved parking is just steps away from your front door.
Outside of this resort community you are directly across from the beach with casual/fine beachfront dining and sunset cocktails. To your left is Wailea with an award-winning championship golf course, beautiful beaches and the exclusive restaurants and shops of Wailea. On your right is downtown Kihei with it's many beaches, shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The property was excellent. It was clean, well stocked with necessary items. It was located close to the beach. I would rate the property 5 star. However, the location just north of Wailia in the town of Kaieha was nice, it was not nearly as desirable as our previous stays in the Lahina/Kaanapali beach area. If we return to Maui, we would certainly want to stay in the Kaanapali beach area....personal preference.
This was our first trip to Maui, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean; the kitchen was incredibly well stocked (rice cooker, sharp knives, etc.!); the host was friendly and responsive the several times I emailed; and having two bathrooms and showers was a luxury. We loved the location and picked out a different beach to visit each day. Our favorite was Maluaka, and we also loved Wailea and Little Beach at Makena. We will definitely be back!
Nice property. Great location. Somewhat dated.
We enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The property manager was quick to communicate. We had an issue with the fridge and it was replaced the same day. The unit is clean, comfortable and well-supplied. The kitchen could use a little refreshment of cooking supplies. We watched whales in the ocean view off the main lanai. We will definitely stay here again!
Nice spot. We stayed multiple weeks so we were able to enjoy the quiet and settle in for the stay.You are right across the street from the beach and sunset every night. Easy walk to restaurants. Comfortable bed. We communicated with the owner about a few areas for repair but nothing that can’t be easily addressed. Overall we would recommend the unit and the property.
The place was great. The noise from the condo above was a little bit too much. The place could have been cleaner. The first day we walked around barefoot in the condo and our feet were black by the end of the day, so we got cheap flip flops for indoor wear. They provided beach chairs, cooler, beach towels. Boogie boards would have been nice to have. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay in a great location. We loved seeing the ocean from the lanai, but just a heads up that you pretty much need to be standing to see the view. But when you're standing, the view is beautiful!
Beautiful property clean good contact with the host
This property exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Maui so we didn't have a sense about where we would want to stay on the island. It was a well-maintained complex in the quietest part of Kihei. The unit itself was more spacious than the photos made it appear and was squeaky clean. We would definitely return!

Very clean and convenient for parking and walking to beaches.The unit has beautiful ocean view from the patio. Owner is available instantly when having questions the first time got into the unit. Kitchen facilities and the washer/dryer are fully functional. Everything seems right and will definitely recommend to friends.
