Ocean View! – 603 Kailua Village! NEW Interior Downtown Kona - 1 Block to BAY!

The condo was clean and well maintained, with obvious attention from the owner. The AC worked well and we found out that not all units in this complex have AC. Having a designated parking space was also great feature. Coming back late, you don't have to worry about looking for a spot. The unit has a fantastic central location in Kona within close walking distance of all the action, and an amazing sunset view from the balcony. If we are ever on the Big Island again we would go back.

Could not have been easier. Host provided directions with landmarks and specific turns, noting the one specific parking spot that we had access to, and detailed instructions for how to access keys. All descriptions of the room were accurate and our stay was wonderful. The location is fantastic for anyone who wants to be near the action but not right in the action. It was quiet but about a five minute walk from the bustling part of Kailua Kona (which was exactly what we were looking for). The only small downside - which we blame on Hawaii and not the host - was due to a reasonable request to leave the AC and fans off when not home, it was always warm inside when we got home. But all fans and AC work well to make it comfortable. Just worth noting if you are out and about getting warm in the Hawaiian sun, you won't have an instant reprieve when you get back. Small thing to be sure - everything else was great and would absolutely book this again as I believe most if not all area VRBO options would have the same request on not wasting electricity.

The location was excellent, the condo was well appointed, beautiful, and enjoyable. It has everything we wanted. It was clean, and easy to figure out. Vicky is an amazing host; she responded quickly to questions. Really, for us, it hit the mark!

Nice unit in a great location - close to restaurants and shops along Ali'i drive and farmers market. View from the lanai was lovely. Grocery stores and Walmart are close as well. There was some road noise from the highway and Ali'i drive, but that's the trade off for the great location and things typically quieted down in the evening. Be sure to bring your own coffee if you're a coffee drinker.

Wonderful stay! The condo was well stocked with everything it was so nicely decorated ! Very Clean and the View was Fantastic! We would definitely stay again!!!

We had a lovely stay in Vicky's condo. Beautiful sunsets, walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We visited the farmer's market several times during our stay. For those that are Elk's members the Kona lodge is right across the street. Mahalo Vicky.

This unit was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen. Great view. As presented in the photos. Private cause you're on a higher floor. Laundry, though not in the unit was secure, clean, and easy to get to. Location was central, a block from the market, waterfront and main drag so easy to walk to. We would definitely come back.

My mother and I visited the Big Island for the 4th of July holiday and week afterwards. The condo, we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a tropical theme! We also had the best views of the ocean, the parade and the fireworks display from the balcony! Our host, Vicky was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure the condo was well stocked with plates, silverware, small appliances and other supplies. We will definitely stay in the condo # 603 again when we visit the area and highly recommend it!

The condo was very clean with all new and updated appliances, floors, furniture. I appreciated that they had the little things available - like garbage bag for trash and dish soap - so I didn't have to buy all that just to use once or twice. The location was the best - you are right next to Alii drive where there are so many restaurants, shopping, and great views of the waterline coast. I would definitely stay here again when I visit.
