Hot tub was not hotVacuum didn't work properly cable was all unplugged and very difficult very very poor internet we cleaned the best with what we had

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was well used, the golf greenery outlook was enjoyable. The location while a bit further from town was easily accessible & we enjoyed that it gave a more relaxed feel being further out. This was great value for money, host was very helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great condo, clean and comfortable, we’re a family of 6 and had plenty of space. Lots of beach necessities available for use including sand toys for kids! We would be happy to stay here again!

Great well equipped accommodation for 5 of us 3 bathrooms what a luxury. Good communication. Loved our daily dips in the pool. Close to supermarket and Manta ray snorkel tours (walking distance) As other people have said A/C would make it extra perfect but I think if you had AC you wouldn’t sit out and enjoy the Hawaiian sunshine so glad we did that!

Our family had an amazing stay! It was the perfect size for our family of 6. We loved the open concept. The large outdoor patio was nice for dining and relaxing. It was in close proximity to many desirable beaches and activities. Super close to the night time Manta Ray swimming tours (which was an absolute highlight for us). It was very quiet and private. The pool was excellent. Very clean and was used by my kids every single day at least once. Hot tub was great for adults. Communication with host was prompt and helpful.

Really enjoyed the spacious balcony with view of the birds, mongoose and goats on the golf course. You can also see the ocean on the horizon through the trees! This unit is warm with no AC, but manageable with lots of fans and screened doors/windows. Used the kitchen and the grill frequently- well stocked! Lots of space for the family to spread out. Lots of towels and water gear (boogie boards, snorkels etc). Third floor unit however there’s only one flight of stairs (parking lot is at the second floor of this building). Complex was quiet and peaceful. Next to no noise from the nearby road. To note- the front door has a bit of a trick to get in: need to turn and hold the key turned. The door handle doesn’t move the latch. Only the key does! Took us a minute to figure it out. Turn the key and push the door while the key is turned. Unit is older- so it’s not luxury…but it is very comfortable!

Place was beautiful. It would’ve been a little bit better though if there was central air, but we all enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful property overlooking the golf course and the ocean. Situated on the edge of town with access to everything nearby. Outstanding communication with owner. Highly recommended.

The condo was nice and the owner was very responsive. We did have to find a balance between having the screen doors open and bugs during the evening time. There was no problem during the day. There were nights we slept with the screen door closed due to bugs and it was pretty hot. This may have been a time of year issue. We were there in the beginning of June. Again, the upstairs got pretty hot at night, even with fans going. However, we loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bath was spacious.

Our stay in this condo was perfect! You could not ask for a better host!

Nice condo, spacious and clean. Very quiet with view of the golf course and the ocean. King suite and queen bedroom downstairs, twin singles beds upstairs in the loft (better for kids than adults).

Owner communicated very well.Had a problem with door lock first day, but he helped me through it.Everything was great! Only problem was accused of smoking, when we were not.Think was a misunderstanding.Overall had everything we needed.ev

Wonderful property, close to everything, clean and very comfortable

This condo was ideal for our family. It's location to the Keauhou Bay is great for SUP / snorkeling / swimming. Cor the owner responded promptly when contacted.

My family & I loved the stay. We were able to book easily, communicate with owner smoothly & our stay was comfortable.

We chose this location to provide 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom for our group.

My husband and I with 3 of our grandkids (12, 12 and 15) stayed here for a wonderful 10 days in early August. The condo is comfortable and clean, fitting all our needs. There is no AC, which is not really an issue since the numerous fans do a great job of circulating the air and cooling. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There is a great variety of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas which we used every day. We didn't go to the pool at all, however from past stays in this complex I know it is wonderful. Every question I had was quickly responded to by Cor, communication was excellent! We will definitely keep this condo unit in mind on our next visit to Hawaii!

Upon arrival I was astounded at the beauty of the condo’s interior for the price we were paying! Spacious and wonderfully decorated with local art! Beautiful bathrooms! A very generous lanai overlooking a golf course. The condo was very comfortable. Although there was no AC, the air circulation was good. I look forward to returning!

The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The beds are very comfy as is all the furniture. My only comments are the description says three bedrooms when in reality it's two bedrooms and a loft, which opens up to the living room. Less privacy than expected. Also, the beach gear provided is plentiful, however, the boogie boards were mostly broken. Also there's no air conditioning. Overall I would recommend this property.

We lived in Kona for some years but it had been a long time since we've visited. The place was just what we hoped and the perfect size for our family of six. It was well equipped and had all the beach supplies you need to enjoy the island. A huge plus over staying in a hotel.

It was so peaceful and quiet staying at this beautiful condo at Keauhou Punahele. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers play on the adjacent golf course. We also enjoyed late nights on the balcony listening to the high surf crash against the shore line when the ocean got rough! Also enjoyed relaxing inside the condo enjoying our books when it was too hot to enjoy the balcony. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this condo and will hopefully book it for next year if it is available!!

This was a stay vacation for we live in Hilo. I love Hilo but it rains a lot and Kona side was sunny and beautiful. This condo is located on the 7th hole of the Kona Coast Country Club golf course and the view every day is amazing. The condo was great, it had everything you can think of. Most of the week was my husband and I but my daughter and her husband and two keikis came for the weekend. Enough space for everyone, this condo is bigger than our hale in Hilo. The only minus would be finding parking for the extra car, and you have to be very quiet. (Though the downstairs condo was partying all weekend, they kept it down and it didn't bother us.) So here is the thing. We actually have a week at the Kona Coast Resort but couldn't this week, so we would definitely come back here again if we don't have our week. Mahalo, it was a great stay vacation.

Cornelis was very responsive to any of our questions. This is a lovely condo with views of the ocean and golf course. The condo had everything we needed for a two week stay (well equipped kitchen, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas). It could use a little updating (e.g replace carpeting with lvp flooring), but overall was clean and comfortable. Would rent again! Mahola

Loved the location, out of the busy areas. We picked the dry and sunny side of the island. The condo had everything we could need. A large selection of snorkeling and beach items.
