Newly remodeled, easily accessible and desirable ground floor condo in the beautiful Kona Isle property. Located just steps away from a solar heated pool, ocean front lounge and BBQ area along the rocky shore. Where you can spend the day relaxing in the sun or shade while watching breathtaking views of the ocean. Kona Isle is located next to the famous Ali'i Salt Water Pool.
Enjoy this one bedroom one bathroom condo with 55 inch Sony 4K smart television, Spectrum tv programming with HBO and 200 mbps Wifi internet. New kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances including dishwasher and electric cooktop. Two A/C units provide a comfortable area to relax after a day of adventure. Bathroom has large walk in shower with grab bar for safety. Washer/dryer and sleeper sofa with queen size mattress are located in the condo. For Beach Essentials, we provide (2) beach chairs, (4) beach towels, (1) beach umbrella and ice cooler along with BBQ tools if you want to enjoy using the complex's BBQs while relaxing next to the ocean.
Kona Isle is locate near Kailua with several restaurants and shopping centers, White Sands Beach Park, Kahalu'u Beach Park and the Ali'i Garden Market. A local trolley stops in front of Kona Isle and is available for transportation to several local areas.
No pets or smoking allowed, five nights minimum with 10 night minimum during Ironman and Christmas periods.

My adult kids stayed here while I stayed in another unit. Here are their notes:Yvonne and James:Thank you so much for providing such a lovely space for our stay; the accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and functional! We also very much appreciate the treats of chocolate and coffee, truly the perfect welcome! Below I have listed a couple of issues we noticed during our stay.The dryer does not appear to be working, the drum turns and timers work, but the heat element seems to be in need of repairThe right closet door comes off the track quite easily, it seems the track lock piece is not attached to the top postThe upper small floating shelf in the bathroom is tilted forward, and seems a bit detached from the wall backingThe bug spray in the closet was empty when we went to use it.There is only one business card left.One of the knives in the knife block was missing. A drawer on the left side of the dresser is missing the pull ring and seems to be broken.The first aid kit was empty, with only a bandaid or two.They loved the decor and the AC in the bedroom.

Brilliant facilities, everything you need from a holiday let - comfortable bed, great kitchen equipment, all the beach gear and Kona Isle is secure, safe and well maintained.
This property was the perfect place for our Hawaiian getaway. The location is superb. It’s close to town and within walking distance of many amenities like coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and shopping. The complex is oceanfront with a pool and private beach area. A great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. The condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were communicative and check in was a breeze. This is a property we would definitely return to.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Very well maintained. We stayed with our five year old son and on the night we arrived the pull out couch had been set up with sheets and pillows already laid out. This was such a nice touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo grounds are beautiful. Also very well maintained. The pool is nice. It was a bit busy in the afternoons, which we liked because our son had a couple of children to play with. But it was empty most mornings and evenings.Beautiful ocean front location, lovely to cook dinner at the bbqs and watch the sun set! James was very responsive when a question came up. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. We would stay again when we visit Kona. The “public” salt water pool is not swimmable. Maybe it was due to the time of year, but it is covered in algae and full of fish and other sea creatures. Although, we did enjoy going to see the fish, crabs and snails that currently live in it :)
Our stay was great. Condo was very comfortable, clean & well stocked. Convenient location for activities, stores, etc. We would definitely stay again.
Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully designed for vacation rental, with all the accoutrements we could have imagined included. We were able to eat outside on the patio most meals. James was a great host, very responsive- although we had very few concerns, as he covered questions we may have had with email/text instructions. We also loved the complex and how friendly they all were. Swimming in the pool, watching the Humpbacks, grilling/sunset watching right from the the property grounds.
this condo has everything we needed for a perfect stay. James is a wonderful host and the property manager is always at hard work keeping the grounds beautifully groomed.
We really enjoyed our stay in James's condo! It's a great location, really close to everything in the Kona area, and we especially loved spending time on the terrace and in the pool, plus the fact that the Ali'i Salt Water Pool is right next-door!

The unit was clean and well stocked. Just far enough away from mid town to be quiet. The other guests and owners on the property were very friendly and informative. Great all around location and we would stay again.
The property is on the first floor, making access easy. It's cleanliness was great, James was a gracious host. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary vacation for us.
